Who: Joseph Joestar and you.
Where: A couple places.
When: Backdated to Dec. 18th; also the 19th, and possibly beyond if you go with the wildcard!
Rating: PG, probably.
Summary: Joseph's arrival in Wonderland and the exploration thereafter!
The Story:
( It's like he's passed out on the boat, maybe, knocking him straight into a very vivid dream. With the cold of the place settling into his bones, Joseph finds himself shivering and clutching at his sides, teeth clattering, though he doesn't care to go inside. Not yet; he can weather the weather for now. After all, he can cast his gaze over from where he finds himself, able to see much of his surroundings.
He's not sure where he is, and nor is he sure if his wife or mother came along with him.
When he hears someone behind him, clattering footsteps, he wheels around quickly. )
Is that — ?!
( His face visibly goes pretty sour, realizing it's no one he knows. )
Oh.
ii. ( wander | the gardens )
( The sickly-sweet smell of the mansion is enticing, and though he hasn't seen any people to question about this place yet, he figures he'll have to stay away from the desire to eat the very walls. It's not like he's starving, but the temptation to inspect and try the sweets is very much there.
So he leaves the mansion in search of snow, and finds that, in the greenhouse, the plants are all the same, once a petal of a flower breaks off in his hand easily. Candied and sweet. )
Oh, no! I can't escape it!
iii. ( wander further | the library )
( Oh, here we go.
Joseph is all grins once he finds the library; the place is absolutely massive. He's not one to read long novels or encyclopedias or anything, but he finds himself all smiles upon coming across the collection of comics, near immediately. Now, this. This is home, even if he sees some he's never seen before, in new styles and storylines. He grabs a huge stack and then grabs some more, browsing the collection until his arms are full, to a nearly ridiculous degree. )
iv. ( wildcard | player's choice )

i. ( arrival | the roof )
When he got there though, he saw someone else was already there. That was fine, except this person looked confused. Or lost. And maybe a little upset.]
Did you need help?
no subject
( Wait, what? Take that back. )
Ah, shit.
( Joseph brings a hand to pass over his face; he's plainly stressed. )
Yeah, I might. I don't know what the hell this joint is. Or why it smells like a bakery exploded.
no subject
[If that made any sense at all. What a way to learn about Wonderland, really.]

He opens his mouth and closes it, then shifts his weight over one hip. Joseph Joestar is officially at a loss for words; a rare, nearly unprecedented occasion. )
If I came up to you with that explanation, would you have more questions? Or is that just me?
( His laugh comes out small and sardonic. )
I just got so many, I don't even know where to begin.

[Minato was ready to answer any questions that this person might have. Whether they were answers that he wanted to hear, that was a different story.]
no subject
( But he can be the same way; Joseph is a real can-dish-it-but-can't-take-it type.
He does go inside, however, tapping his boots against the floor so as to dislodge the snow. )
Everyone else here isn't from here, are they?
no subject
Some of them are, but most of us aren't. We're all from different worlds and times, and we don't choose to leave or stay.
[Since it was really up to Wonderland to decide.]
iii
But she'll look up when comic book guy decides he suddenly needs everything.]
Do you want some help with those? Or a box, maybe?
[Because she's almost certain he'll drop them and slip on one, or somebody else will.]
no subject
Oh, yeah, thanks.
( He offers some of the stack to this stranger, smile keeping its shape. )
I just. I've never seen a library this big, let alone with stuff I actually like.

[She'll set her magazine down and take some of that off his hands. Should make it easier to carry now.]
It's definitely one of the cooler things. You can get whatever book, movie. Don't know if it's as cool as the kitchen and dining rooms, but it's a close second.
ii
It's like that everywhere. It's really annoying.

D'you know when it's gonna end? I heard it's some sort of "event".
no subject
It's probably going to go on until Christmas, at this rate. It's already been like this for over a week.

Whoa, you scared me. [ He didn't think there'd be anyone up here at this cold weather. Heck, he'd rather smoke somewhere else if the rooftop isn't such a comfortable place for his peace of mind. It's friggin' cold! ] ...Never seen you around before. New guy?
