[Open] Reality Slips Far Away
Who: Kiyotaka Ishimaru and you!
Where: A classroom in the fantasy Wonderland, and then zombieland!
When: Throughout the event!
Rating: Rated Z for Zombie - but for real there may be mentions of death/murder.
Summary: Find Ishimaru in his ideal habitat! And/or help him to fend off zombies.
The Story:
A.
[Somewhere among the various living fantasies there is one bright and lively classroom.. One that is filled with a class of students studying intensely! Specifically, these students (minus the bear), who are all wearing uniforms looking like the brown ones in this picture. They are all hunched over their desks, working hard on assignments, or reading, or having some sort of intellectually stimulating conversations! There are countless textbooks and notebooks to work with!
And in the center of it all is Kiyotaka Ishimaru himself, who overlooks this all with a proud smile. The moment the door opens to let someone else in, Ishimaru stands up and greets them with a salute.]
Ah, good afternoon and welcome to study hall! Please, have a seat and join us!
B.
[Oh god, zombies again. Ishimaru's on the run, in the dilipadated ruins of what once was an ideal version of Hope's Peak Academy! He wields a confetti cannon, managing to use it to blast some of them back, but he's running out of options here!}
C. Wildcard
[Feel free to come up with an alternate prompt or hit me up for further plotting!]

Qu-quite dangerous! ...Even if they were not real, I hope that my classmates are alright!
[He says nervously, but he does start to continue moving forward. Now they're in a hallway lined with lockers. ...All of which open to reveal swarms of bugs that try to crawl towards them.]
Ack!!
no subject
Quick, the other way! [ This time she just expects you to listen and follow though, Ishimaru, no more tugging! Although running around pointlessly will just end up badly if they come across a dead end, so she turns her head to look at him for a moment as she runs. ]
Do you recognize this place? Or-- well, do you know which way the exit is? [ Since this whole school thing sure isn't anything Ange is involved with. ]
no subject
Well... Yes... this is just like the school... [Even if he only remembers being in Hope's Peak while locked in there for the murder game, this was an ideal version of that place. So the exit should be where he remembers it.]
I've got it!! Right this way, Ushiromiya-kun!! [He motions towards one opening and runs towards it. The entrance is there! And it's just a normal door, without any giant steel vault!]
no subject
Alright!
[ Ange even trusts the guy enough to believe he's not lying about this, and she quickly makes a dash towards the door too. Anything's better than the horde chasing them. ]
no subject
Hurry!! [The door is right there-!]
no subject
But it's not like she has time to make snarky remarks right now. Getting out of here is the priority, snarky remarks can wait.
So when she's at the door, she just tugs on it right away to try and open it. Sure, it could be a trick, but she'll take her chances between this and that horror insect bear behind them, okay. ]
no subject
Quickly!!
no subject
If there's more of this stuff outside, I swear...
no subject
And he looks around. It looks like the world surrounding them is overly saccharine and cheery, with various cartoonish beings roaming around!
...Except that, darkness is spreading out from the building's rubble, and the ground it touches starts to change.]
...Perhaps we should keep on moving!
no subject
[ Not that she thinks they'll die here - not with some effort, anyway - but it's really annoying to keep escaping places only to find more annoying traps to get away from. She doesn't know how far that darkness is spreading, but.. you know what? She isn't going to test it, and so Ange starts running again. ]
no subject
[He keeps on running! But the darkness and creepiness keeps on spreading in pursuit of their disbelief]
No matter how dark things may get... We will find a way! We will survive! Please believe me, Ushiromiya-kun!
no subject
If I would have known earlier that I would have to believe you in this sort of ridiculous situation.. [ She sighs, although it comes out more like panting in the middle of running. ] Fine, fine. I'll believe you, so find some way to stop all that behind us!
no subject
W-well, it is nit something we can fight head on. And... I do not know if any hiding place is truly safe... [He gasps as something occurs to him.]
Wait! In situation like this, believing might be our only solution!
no subject
[ Because believing in more ridiculous things is something so outside of Ange's normal way of being that it doesn't even occur to her.. So she thinks he's still just going on about that. ]
Are you that desperate?
no subject
And no, I am not desperate in that way! [He shouts back as he continues moving.]
But in the first place... these dangerous events began happening because we could not believe what this world was showing us, correct? Then... If a lack of belief dooms us, maybe our salvation lies within believing in such outrageous things!
no subject
How do you even believe something like that?!
[ This shouldn't be your main problem while trying to find a way to save your life, Ange.. ]
no subject
[And they don't seem very well equipped for monster fighting... He pauses for a moment before he goes on.]
It should be simple. Just think about it, or about anything that you might want, and accept it without question!
[That awkward moment when unhealthy methods of coping are the answer?!]
no subject
So.. whatever, fine, she'll go along with the ridiculous plan! If she ends up looking like a moron, she's totally blaming him though. ]
F.. fine! I'll accept it! Your weird cat teacher-guided study group is real! [ Doesn't sound too convincing yet though. ]
no subject
I am very glad that you believe so! ...But... Ah, could you maybe say it with more conviction? That may just be the key!
no subject
Ange might actually be blushing just a tad at the sheer ridiculousness of this live-or-death situation, but she does manage to make it sound more convincing. And flustered. But convincing is the important part here. ]
It's real! I believe in it!
no subject
Ishimaru smiles proudly and claps his hands together.]
That's it! That belief... that conviction... I felt its sincerity! You have done so splendidly, Ushiromiya-kun!
[And it's reflected in their surroundings! The darkness has stopped spreading, and instead everything around them is cartoony and saccharine again. Although, some of the joyous being seem to spare them a warning glance before going back to acting jolly and cutesy.]
