Roxas & Axel [in progress]
Who: Roxas [
oblivioning] & Axel [
flurry_o_flames
Where Their room [138, second floor]
When: Today
Rating:PG-13 Rapidly approaching NC-17~
Summary: An affair as big as a wedding needs a bit of planning.
the Story:
The mansion finally seemed to be calming down, and so Axel had taken to lounging carelessly once more, the happiness in his heart no less brilliant than it had been during those blissful moments on the roof. He lay on the couch in his and Roxas' room, half-reading some book or other he'd found in the library and half-daydreaming every time he caught a glimpse of the rings on his and Roxas' fingers, a small, satisfied smirk playing across his face each time.
Finally, he'd had enough. "Hey," he called to the blond currently elsewhere in the room, "we should talk." And they should; they'd been caught up in the passion of the idea long enough, letting it settle in. Once they'd made plans, it would seem more like a reality, and a bright and happy one at that.

It wasn't a lie when he had said it was the happiest he had been, nor an overexaggeration.
Just the truth.
Despite the fact that he was watching Axel, it took him a few moments to register the fact that he was being talked to; blinking almost sleepily once, and then twice, he reluctantly gave up his comfortable spot to go and sit on the arm of the couch by his fiancé, rubbing his eyes almost sleepily. "Talk? About?" he asked, though Roxas was relatively sure that he knew what, and the thought put a tiny smile on his face. He knew that they should start discussing plans and that sort of thing, so he looked at Axel with a curious look. He didn't... even know where to begin with this sort of thing, so he was a tiny bit unsure.

"You know," he said, the points of his teeth peeking out he's grinning so wide, "plans for the wedding." The word itself makes him giddy, and it's such an odd sensation he can't decide if he wants to embrace it or suppress it. "Guest list, wedding party, who wears the dress, that sort of thing," he teased gently.

"Of course I know," he chuckled, the mention of plans for their wedding only making him smile even more. After all, it's only been on my mind all day. "You know, I'd be fine with wearing the dress," he murmured with a mischievous look on his face. "Unless you want to debate over it~"

Switching back to a slightly more dignified air, he said, "you bring up a good point, though. Who are we going to invite? Sora and Kairi and Namine, obviously; Riku, Martel, MOMO..." he trailed, thinking of who else they were close to in the mansion.

Shaking his head in slight amusement, Roxas had to consider Axel's question for a few moments. "Who in the Organization d'you want to invite? Or would you be comfortable inviting, whichever." It was a slightly touchy subject, since there were some in the Organization that Roxas was close to that Axel possibly... wasn't particularly fond of, so it wouldn't hurt to ask.

His expression turned dark, however, for a few short seconds at the mention of the Organization. He was having more trouble with hiding these things since acquiring his heart, but his carefully trained features fell into a more relaxed expression almost immediately. "You should know who I definitely don't want there," he sighed, fingers fidgeting with the hem of Roxas' shirt, "but, y'know, I wouldn't mind having Luxord, Demyx and Xigbar there. I don't care so much for the rest of them, but was there someone in particular you had in mind?"

"Of course Yotsuba can come. I haven't talked to her myself, but she seems to like you, and if Dem is coming he'll probably want her there." He let his thumbnail clack against the metal button on the other's shorts. "Is there anyone we're forgetting?" he asked, the darkened look in his eyes showing that his mind had turned... elsewhere.

"I'll have to introduce you to her sometime, then," he murmured, kissing his fiancé on the forehead. "She's a sweet kid; I'm sure that she'd like you, too. And yeah, there's no doubt that he would," Roxas murmured distractedly. His mind had also turned elsewhere by now, so he merely shook his head. "If we think of anyone else, we can always discuss it later..." 'Later' being 'when we're both focused,' of course.

"'Later' sounds like a good idea to me," he smirked, leaning in for another kiss, open-mouthed and possessive. The idea that they were getting married--talking about it and cementing it--brought out his need to own and be owned by the blond. His hands roamed over Roxas' torso beneath his shirt, pushing the fabric up in silent question. Do you want this...?

"I thought that you might agree," he smiled, returning the kiss with fervour. Though the question was unspoken, Roxas knew well enough how to answer to it. He pulled back from Axel briefly, hands sliding from the redhead's hair to work at removing his shirt. He hoped that it was encouragement enough, without having to actually put his wants and needs into words. "Axel..." Roxas murmured, not hesitating for a single moment before leaning back in and claiming another, deeper, more passionate kiss from his fiancé.
