The wrong place at the wrong time // Albel and Joachim [complete]
Who: Albel and Joachim
Where Near the kitchens
When: August 18th, morning
Rating: 15 Warning for violence and blood.
Summary: Albel takes a walk down to the kitchens and a certain hungry vampire seizes the rare chance to attack a not-wary Albel.
the Story:
Albel put down his journal and left it in his room to go down to the kitchens. Making his way down the hall, he fingered the top of his katana lovingly and wondering if he'd get in a decent practice today.
He needed to go find things to kill. He was getting bored of not having the feel of flesh slicing beneath his blade, trying to cling wetly to it as he passed it through an unwilling victim and snuffed out their life. Or for his claw, the way the victim's flesh would slice and rip, tearing asunder under his wrath.
To go from fighting the most powerful creatures, the most evil men - to sitting about was infuriating.
The need for food and his ponderings left him less aware of his surroundings than usual and he focused on getting some breakfast.

And eventually he wound up here, in this 'Wonderland'. Though full with the aforementioned humans, the situation had its slight advantages. After all, Joachim was no longer obligated to thrive on a diet of rats. There were plenty of humans within this mansion, their bodies full with the red liquid he craved.
But the little girl hadn't been enough to satisfy his thirst, so Joachim found himself hunting for yet another prey. It wasn't before long he spotted a man in one of the mansion's many hallways, seemingly heading towards the kitchens.
Perhaps this man would have heard the vampire approaching, if only Joachim walked. No, walking was something that was beneath Joachim. Why walk if floating was so much easier?

He needed food, the irony of the situation had he known - would not have amused him.

It was almost too easy.
Joachim was a quick vampire, therefore he managed to approach his prey without much delay. With one simple motion, he seized the human by the neck.

He threw his claw back, aiming for whomever was biting him and attempted to drive the metal claws into their flesh. He'd been through more pain than this before; he just needed to blot it out and focus.
He was finding that hard as the blood poured from his wound and into the eager mouth of his assailant, draining his energy faster than he could react. This didn't look good.

He drank eagerly from the crimson liquid pouring from the puncture wounds, making sure not to spill a single drop.

A memory flashed across his mind of the conversation he'd had over the journal about wasting blood and his handsome face twisted into a grimace.
"You..." he breathed, his voice ragged.

His victim's pulse was weakening, as the amount of blood entering his greedy mouth lessened. It seemed the human was getting near to death, which was such a pity. Dropping his unfortunate victim unceremoniously on the floor, he began to wipe the blood from his lips with his fingers. It was then when the vampire realized what this human had meant.
"I had indeed said that I would show you, human, but even I hadn't thought it would be so soon." he replied, fully aware Albel still lived. His eyes - an odd shade of lavender -- lingered on the mortals' form, smirking to himself.
[ooc; figuring Albel's blood tasted slightly different as Albel's technically not human, but Elicoorian XD And, uh...do you want Joachim to leave you lying in the middle of the hallway or should he move you somewhere else? Like...hidden? XD; it would get less attention.]

He hit the floor like a ragdoll and lay there, limp and useless. Another twitch and his body fell into oblivion, not yet dead but without enough energy to be conscious. His body desperately needed to repair itself otherwise he'd succumb to an undignified death.
[[ooc: Thats totally fine, Albel's tasty, no? >E He can leave him in the middle of the floor bleeding like a ragdoll if he chooses. Add to Abel's anger when hes you know, got blood again XD]]

He had already bothered with hiding the little girl, yet that didn't mean the vampire would lower himself with cleaning up the bodies. There were plenty of humans in here suitable for suck a lowly task.
[ooc; wtf why did I write 'you' >>; and Joachim says Albel's tasty. *excuse to let him live? XD* Albel's free to PWN Joachim someday :O that would mean he would get PWNed by a human for the second time XD]
