She shrugs a little, "You know how people show up here after they die?" She tilts her glass on its edge, balancing it between her hands to make sure it doesn't fall and make a mess. "Today is the anniversary of that for me."
Michonne looks at her, then at the shots before taking one, tossing it back, and putting the glass down. "Well, shit."
She knows for plenty of people, when they die and come here it's like a second chance. She won't assume how Rebecca views it and lets out a breath. "Pretty sure that means you get to drink as much as you want, long as someone's looking out for you and makes sure you get somewhere safe after." Which is her way of saying she'll do that for her tonight.
"Right?" Her eyebrows rise and fall in something like agreement at the reaction. That's about how she feels about it, too.
Becks sets the glass down and looks up, a small smile on her lips, "I think it's a pretty good rule." She nods a bit. She downs another shot before considering the woman in front of her. "So...what's your story? I mean-- what kind of world did you come from or...whatever?" That was, afterall, always an interesting go-to ice breaker in Wonderland.
