Who: Liv Moore + You
Where: Inside the mansion
When: 10-1
Rating: PG-13, talk of people dying.
Summary: Liv is on the chopping block.
The Story:
[ When Liv re-arrives in Wonderland, the timing is incredible. Not because she overly loves being stuck in this place where she can't control the things that happen to her (but when could she these days, anyway?) but because she is literally up for execution. Turning people into zombies when there's a brain shortage is a capital offense these days, but letting people die of incurable diseases? That was worse to her than any punishment and well worth the risk.
Hands and legs handcuffed and mouth taped shut, her eyes widen as she lands in the foyer. Of course it couldn't be her room. She has to sort of hop until she finds someone, hope they recognize her, and decide to help her. It's as she's trying to scoot along that she remembers: she had unfinished business here, and now, in her urgency she falls over, groaning as she hits the floor.
Turtle-ing would be far more embarrassing, so she just sort of rolls to her side, trying to somehow get herself free. ]

I'm here. Come inside.
[ She lets Jessica in and then lowers herself back down on the couch. ]
I went home. It sort of sucked.

[ She's probably said that about five times since entering. Her first thoughts immediately went to Fitz, but hearing that there was a trip home eliminated that theory pretty quickly, unfortunately. She'd seen some things on the network about this happening sometimes. She's now vaguely wondering if the whole process was violent.
Jessica sinks down onto the couch next to Liv, still staring at her in shock. ]
God, I'm sorry! You okay? What even happened?

[ Liv looks down, rubbing at her wrists and then looking back at Jessica. ]
I've been turning people who'd otherwise die because they have cancer or some other disease. Which is illegal. And my boyfriend and I got caught.

For a good minute, all Jessica does is open her mouth to say something then immediately close it. It's hard to settle on anything.
Eventually, she smiles sheepishly and shrugs a shoulder. ]
Sounds...pretty badass, honestly.

[ But she looks down wetting her lips. ]
Until they killed my boyfriend, right in front of me. And I'm here now which is really good because I'm about to be executed for my crimes. That's the punishment for the law I broke.

Fuck...
[ There's a long silence, longer than the last. No matter what comes to mind, it doesn't seem like the right thing to say. And really, what can she say to that? Glad you showed back up when you did? Hope you don't leave Wonderland again? Eh...
Jessica wordlessly pulls Liv into a hug, deciding it's the best she can do. At least she can show she's there. Liv can continue on when she's ready. ]

I don't know what to do. I mean, there isn't really a lot I can do anymore, I guess.
[ She's going to die and that's it. No coming back now. ]

[ She bites her lip, absently rubbing Liv's arm. What would Claire say, she wonders? That'd be a good place to start. ]
You're here, right? And that means somethin'. And you can't go assumin' the worst is gonna happen if you go back. I mean, even if some pretty bad shit's already happened.
[ She shakes her head. ] Point is, you can't change what's gonna happen in the future. You gotta deal with what you already know. Right?
[ Wow. That all sounded really smart and helpful. Thanks, Claire! ]

[ Liv looks over at Jessica. ]
And I'm really glad you're here.

[ The words encourage her, too. Somehow she's feeling better, as if she were the one that went through all the mess. Probably for the best, really. The two of them kind of had a habit of depressing one another.
Jessica smiles. ]
And course I'm here. Wonderland probably knows I don't wanna leave. I got friends like you and I got freedom and I'm learnin' so much... I'll take the bad that comes with it.

[ Until real life beckons again and they get drawn into more weird Wonderland happenings. ]
