Who: Crowley & YOU
Where: Everywhere
When: Mid-October, whenever~
Rating: PG-13ish
Summary: Crowley is just minding his own business and being a snake
The Story:
There's a snake in Wonderland.
It's a very large, black snake with yellow eyes and glossy scales marked with a faint diamond pattern in the right light, and it appears to be quite at home in the various rooms and locations that people encounter it in. From the wide sun spots in the music room, to the mansion steps when they still hold a little warmth from the noon sun, to pretty much any spot where some lingering heat might be found.
A snake that large is no doubt going to draw some stares, and perhaps more than stares. They are tolerated, at first, before the reptile lifts its head and fixes whoever is looking its way with an unblinking, unimpressed expression. The voice, though hissing on the sibilants and vowels, is entirely and unmistakably Crowley.
"Did you want ssssomething? Anyone would think you've never sssseen a ssssnake before."

"Did you want ssssomething? Anyone would think you've never sssseen a ssssnake before."

"C'mon... You know you want the tasty rat..."
The rat clearly does not want to be dangled in front of a giant snake.
no subject
"If you haven't moved that thing away from me in two seconds, you're going to be explaining to the kind people in the clinic how you ended up with a rat lodged half way up your digestive tract."
Would he do it? Maybe. Maybe not. Would you really want to take that risk?
no subject
"YOU!? Crowley-chan, why are you a snake?!"
Okay maybe he shouldn't be too surprised, but he didn't think "become snake" was in the demon's bag of demon tricks.
no subject
"I'm trying to relax... Without the local idiot waving ratssss in my face."
no subject
"Because not everyone has cool snake powers to laze around with! Duuuuh!"
no subject
"That's not my fault, now is it? Maybe you should look into it."
no subject
"You know what? Maybe I will."
no subject
"And just how were you planning to go about that?"
On the steps
He's not sure when that schedule included a large snake curled up like a doorman on the steps.
Pausing to wipe his face with the hem of his shirt as if he can wipe the image away. He can't. Rolling his eyes, he's considering his other options when it speaks. Not it. No. He knows that damn voice.
"Okay, man. What the fuck even if this? Did an event start and I didn't notice?" Because damn but that's about the only thing that makes sense. Knowing that Crowley isn't human and knowing he turns into a snake is not the same thing.

Have you ever heard a snake laugh, Seth? Crowley would bet this would be a first, and it's not an entirely pleasant sound when the hissing is wrapped around it. Clearly, though, Crowley finds more than one thing about this encounter to be entirely amusing.
"Your worsssst nightmare, is it?" he says, and it's not entirely clear just how he's managing to talk at all. "No, I'm jusssst enjoying myself. Is it bothering you?"
no subject
"Well, not helping," he says, rolling his eyes. "Now I'm really wondering about the Seven Lords and just where and how they came to be." He knew demon but he's never put them on the same level as Crowley. Not that he does now. Crowley is someone he trusts, and he never would have trusted the Lords.
"I don't know if bother... Okay, kind of? Who expects a talking snake? This is not... Well, fuck. Were you that snake? In Eden?"
no subject
"Hey, your vampires hothing to do with me," replies the snake, uncurling slightly from his spot on the steps.
But then, he stills in place and stares unblinkingly at Seth when he asks that question. Then, unfortunately, there's that laugh again.
"You're quick, aren't you."
no subject
"Yeah well... You spend a lot of time in Mexico and you pick up a few things from the Catholic Church. Gotta say? There's not much you could tell me like this I'd be likely to believe." Not unless he already knew him, as Crowley, though damn he'd have to think about that long and hard still.
"So... uhmm.... Is this your natural form, or just in the mood to be terror in the top of five of terrors for Halloween?"
