[It's finally quiet enough where she can find herself at the bar. It's not often she's out and about just drinking- she's never been the person that enjoys the taste of alcohol enough to go somewhere just to drink it for fun. But it's been quiet around here recently. Too quiet. Quiet enough that she wants to go be somewhere public just to be seen, to see people she knows and cares about.

She's sitting at the bar, sipping something heavily full of rum when she spots him, waves him over.]

Hey. Haven't seen you in a bit. You get pulled into the horse debacle lately? That was a new one.

[Quiet here is always unsettling. Lorca always figures it's because Wonderland is planning something. Maybe it's the paranoia, but whenever anyone who has control is this quiet it never means anything good. But he does head in Shepard's direction, his usual scotch in hand.]

No, that one passed me by. Sometimes I wonder what the hell goes through people's heads in this place. You?

Yeah, thankfully only for a couple of hours. Helps to know the other pony who seems less intent on changing things with magic.

As if Wonderland doesn't throw enough stuff at us, now we're throwing it at each other-- but that's happened my entire time here, so it shouldn't be so surprising. People are always doing some dumb shit around here.

It was a gun. Like, a nice rifle, too. Part of the reason I knew what was up immediately. Can you imagine trying to operate a finessed sniper rifle with hooves? Frankly, it was more funny than super traumatizing, I was some... brightly colored horse with a gun on my ass. Like, come on. That's fucking incredible.
