[ongoing] Sirius and Lupin

Who: Remus [livejournal.com profile] amiablewerewolf and Sirius [personal profile] notthegrimWhere: Remus's room, Floor 14 Room 60
When: Just after Remus's arrival.
Rating: PG-13 for now.
Summary: Sirius wants to talk. Lupin just wants to see Sirius again.
the Story:

He still wasn't sure how he got here, or whether this was just a dream. Sirius was here, though, apparently. Bloody hell if he knew how this was working. But they had talked, hadn't they? On that muggle laptop thing. And he said he'd be coming to see him.

So he kept his eyes trained on the door, ready and hoping that he wouldn't wake up.

Sirius literally ran down the hall from his room to get to Remus'. He couldn't help it. He was ecstatic. For the first time he had ended up in this mansion, he was happy. Remus was here. Finally, someone he knew that wasn't Bellatrix or Snape.

He finally reached the door, panting a bit as he knocked on it.

He practically leaped to his feet, knowing that it was Sirius on the other side. The man's death had been hard on them all, but he had kept it inside. The last of his friends... but now they were together again.

"Come on in, the door's unlocked!"

Siirus opened the door, making his way quickly into Remus' room. As soon as he spotted the other man, he made his way over to him, drawing him into a tight embrace.

"Moony," He greeted cheerfully. "It's good to see you"

He returned the embrace, just as tightly, trying his hardest not to cry.

Sirius grinned a bit at that. "Guess I did so...how have you been since I died?"

Okay, maybe a blunt way to put it, but subtly is an art Sirius had never bothered to master.

...Sirius didn't want to admit that he had lost his wand to Bellatrix. Not yet anyways.

He shrugged his shoulders. "This and that. I was the only one here for a while...and then Bellatrix and Snivellus showed up"
