Summary: The twins want to learn how to cook 

The Story:

Kamui left a note in Hokuto, Suzaku and Sakura's rooms telling them to meet him in the kitchen. He sat on one of the countertops waiting for them and his twin, confident that it would be easy to learn how to cook for the other him. He also looked forward to seeing what clothes Hokuto-san had made for them and wondered if they'd be similar to what their mother used to make. Sakura was bringing her friend, Tomoyo, along so that he'd finally see what a video-camera was.

"Daidouji Tomoyo, pleased to meet you all." She introduced herself.

She was amused by the twins' strange reaction to the camera. It looked like it was the first time they saw the object. The other one, a guy she wasn't familiar with, didn't seem bothered nor surprised.

She shifted the camera lens to Sakura's way.

His eyes widened again when he Tomoyo shifted the camera. "Ani-ue! Look! Look! Now I can see Sakura!"

Then he turned to Tomoyo, "How does this thing work? What is it doing actually?"

"It captures and saves moving moments for memories." She explains. "If you wish to record something, you just press this." And she pointed to the tiny red button on one side of the device.

"Tomoyo-chan is an expert at video taping anything!" Said Sakura, beaming at her companions. Surely, the twins' reaction to the recording device had been a little weird, but she could understand. It was something they had never seen before, after all.

Flipping through the cook book, she spotted a nice, healthy recipe that was rather easy to make, so they shouldn't have much trouble. "Look," She called out to Subaru and brought the book closer to him, pointing at the page she had selected. "This is a Cesar's Salad. It's really healthy, and you just have to put a few vegetables together!"

He listened attentively to Tomoyo's explanation. "How do you watch what you record then?"

He listens to Tomyo's explanation as well and then turns to Sakura, looking at the recipe she had found. He smiles at her. "It sounds good. Should we make this then?"

"We use a video player. And a television, or a wider screen than what this camera has." She answered.

She continued taping Sakura. "Sakura-chan is so energetic when it comes to cooking." She smiled, like she always does.

"Hn, I think it would be good for beginners!" She nodded vigorously, her bright smile still stamped on her face. Clearly, she wasn't that much of an expert, but she had a little bit of experience in the cooking department. Still, she hoped the twins wouldn't mind to be called beginners. "Do you want to try it out?"

He watches Tomoyo filming Sakura, amused. Surely it was a strange hobby the other girl had...

He nods at Sakura. "Sure." He calls Kamui over. "Do you want to try doing this?"

He is much more interested in the camera. "I want to watch Tomoyo filming you two~"

He smiles at his brother's curiosity. "Alright" He turns to Sakura. "Looks like it's just the two of us..."

Tomoyo turned toward the purple-eyed twin and offered the camera. "Do you want to try it?" She was amused by this boy's curiosity.

He blinked at that then smiled brightly. "I can? Yes, I want to try!"

All this time, Suzaku was watching the twins look at the camera. Laughing a bit, he rolled up his sleeves and talked over to Sakura. "I'll help too, if you don't mind," he said.

She smiled at Kamui and handed over the camera. "You hold it like this.." she guided the boy so he'd avoid dropping it. If it broke, she wouldn't know where she'd get another one in this world.

Kamui takes the camera carefully and listens attentively to the instructions, then he delightedly films the others cooking.

Syaoran came into the kitchen to fix a light snack and is surprised by the crowd he found there.

"...what are you all doing here?"

"Uh-oh, I'm late!" Hokuto exclaimed as she ran down the hallway, bags of clothes in her hands. When she finally reached the kitchen, she adjusted the bags so they were all on one arm before opening the door.

"Hello everyone! Sorry about being late and all. What's going on?" the red-clad girl greeted sheepishly, setting the bags down on a nearby table.

Kamui looked up from the video camera and smiled brightly. "Hokuto-san!" He immediately noticed the bags and quickly walked over to her, handing the camera back to Tomoyo. "Are these our clothes?"

"Sure is~ There's one for you, one for Subaru-kun, and one for Kamui-chan!" Hokuto beamed, pointing at each bag as she specified the contents. Turning around, she took a good look around the kitchen and the people inside. "My, what a crowd~"

"Can I see them now?" He asked hopefully.

"Ah, yes, let me introduce them to you. The boy standing next to Subaru is Suzaku, he's my friend. The little girl next to Subaru is Sakura, our adopted sister. The girl with the video-camera is Sakura's friend, Tomoyo and..." He noticed Syaoran for the first time. "And that's Syaoran, a friend of Sakura's."

Tomoyo took a peek at the bags, rather interested in them. Then she looked at Hokuto curiously. "Did you make them?"

As she shifted her gaze to Syaoran, then Sakura, and Suzaku, something hit her. "..ne, Li-kun.. do mind if you move besides Suzaku-san?" she asked.

"...why?" He moved closer anyway.

She quickly recovered her cameragirl-mode and taped the three of them together. Then, Tomoyo giggled. "Suzaku-san looks a lot like a mixed Sakura-chan and Li-kun~!" She exclaimed excitingly.

He stared at Tomoyo in shocked silence for a while then jumped away from Suzaku as the implication of her words hit him. "W-w-w-w-what are you talking about!? I d-don't even know him!!"
