Who: Wolfram von Bielefeld [livejournal.com profile] flaming_for_yuu and Shibuya Yuuri [livejournal.com profile] is_the_catcher
Where: Outside
When: After Yuuri's post.
Rating: PG to PG-13 because they seem to keep getting squishy lately yes I know it's all Wolfram's fault.
Summary: Wolfram talked Yuuri into sitting for a portrait after all.

the Story: Wolfram would have preferred better light. But at least it wasn't raining. The light was better than inside, too, though of course it and the supplies he'd talked the closet into disgorging weren't anything like the quality he was accustomed to at home. They would probably be sufficient. He didn't expect too much of Yuuri's "acrylics," either, though if the less potent scent was enough to talk Yuuri into posing for him, he wasn't about to complain.

"Well, find a pose," he suggested to his fiancé, settling on the grass and arranging paints and paperboard fussily.

Wolfram did not realize that Yuuri's pouting was an attempt at blatant evasion, apparently. The only method that was more foolproof than playing dumb was to not say anything at all, so that was just what Yuuri did.

Yuuri, meanwhile, was tracing the clouds in the sky above them with a fingertip, one eye closed to improve his accuracy. "You know, it's kind of weird."

Yuuri knew it was a lost cause to tell Wolfram to do the lights first and then work towards the darks, so he didn't bother watching or making a comment. "Well, we don't usually get to do stuff like this. It's been a long time since I've had a day where I could spend it doing absolutely nothing, you know?"

Yuuri could now say that Wolfram projected the title "wimp" upon him without him actually deserving it, since he had intended the 'together' part of it to be heard as understood.

Oh well. He could hold onto his heterosexuality just that much longer, then.

"I won't get lazy. I still run in the mornings, you know."

"It'll do more for me than you eating cookies with Florian will for you~" Yuuri grinned as he reached up and poked Wolfram in his supposedly-pudgier side.

After his own indignant squawk - because that was cold and he hadn't been expecting it - there was only one think Yuuri could think to do in response.

This is why he started laughing.

Yuuri tried to wipe his face with a hand and realized, just after doing so, that he probably just made it worse. "Clumsy!"

Yuuri stuck his tongue out (avoiding the paint) and sat up. "It's not my fault that I didn't know you were ticklish-- ...Hey, er. Do you have a wet rag with you, or something?"

Yuuri could be very, very careful when it came to his dignity, really! Though in this situation it was moreso because he wasn't flailing up a storm and could actually sit still to do so. "Good enough. So, er."

"I can't remember," Yuuri mumbled as he wiped his hands in the grass. "...How's the paint?"

[identity profile] is-the-catcher.livejournal.com 2008-07-17 01:19 am (UTC)(link)
"That wasn't really an answer," Yuuri mumbled.

Yuuri smiled slowly. "...So I made a good suggestion." This was going on his mental wall of victories now.
