Lithuania knows who, specifically, Russia is talking about. He shudders at the feeling of Russia's breath in his ear, and his whole body tenses at the solid, heavy feeling of the pipe poking into his leg. He imagines how it would feel, to have that pipe swing back and shatter his kneecap -- Lithuania probably wouldn't ever walk the same again. But... Russia wouldn't do that... would he? No, Russia would never do something that obvious... he probably only wanted to leave marks he would be able to see. Once again, Lithuania's thoughts turn on Poland... he wondered if Russia knew that Poland had seen the scars.

Probably not, Lithuania thinks, slowly reaching up an arm to rest against Russia's back, his hand tightening in the man's scarf. If he knew, Poland would be...

Lithuania swallows, realizing how much danger he puts Poland and other people in, just because... because Russia had decided he was his. And if someone like America was there to help Lithuania, like when he'd given him a place to stay when he'd needed it... Russia wouldn't like that, either.

He slowly draws a breath in, closing his eyes, willing the feeling away. He had to be stronger! If Russia knew how scared he was, Lithuania would be at his mercy.

Not that he isn't already.

Hoping to find something to pull conversation in another direct, Lithuania slowly pulls back to watch Russia. "How... long have you been here?" he asks.
