+ Now the Jingle Hop has begun [OPEN] +
Who: Everyone [OPEN]
Where The Ballroom
When: December 18th, 6PM-midnight (oocly however long you want to keep logging)
Rating: Well gosh, that really depends on you folks and how you behave, doesn’t it? I’m going to tentatively guess PG-13 though.
Summary: The mansion's decided to throw you all a party out of the goodness of its heart. You know, if it has one. This is the open log for the Jingle Bell Rock portion of the event!
the Story:
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring
Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun
Now the jingle hop has begun
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time
Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square
In the frosty air.
What a bright time, it's the right time
To rock the night away
Jingle bell time is a swell time
To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh
Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet
Jingle around the clock
Mix and a-mingle in the jingling feet
That's the jingle bell,
That's the jingle bell,
That's the jingle bell rock.
The ballroom is decorated extravagantly for the occasion, with all of the same sorts garland and holly and lights covering the rest of the mansion, at the moment. There is another tree at the far side of the room as well, though not nearly the size of the one in the front hall, decorated in a very classy white. From the ceiling, fake snow is falling from somewhere that can’t quite be seen, but it does not seem to gather on the floor more than a flake or two.
There are tables with chairs to one side, near a table filled with delicious food and beverages of all kinds, from wine to wassail to eggnog and more. The rest of the space is reserved for dancing.
We could tell you that the mansion is going to force you to dance forever and ever or something, perhaps until your feet fall off, but we won’t. Gosh, you’re all so suspicious. I mean really. The party-goers may wonder at first, some entering very suspicious of the mansion’s intentions, but it will quickly become apparent that for once…for once, it doesn’t seem to be a trap.
So giddy-up, jingle horse, pick up your feet and jingle around the clock. You can even go mix and mingle in the jingling feet. That’s the Jingle Bell Rock!

Duzell is standing outside of the hallway, not certain if he should enter the hallway. There were so many decorations though. The lights are bright and the colours were blinding. He wasn't so used to many colours, but that never stopped the boy from being curious. He didn't have anything proper to enter the ballroom with, so he stood outside, watching all the people in silence. That doll that Yujinn had given him, well the thing was clutched in his little hands still.
His red hues glowed with the bright shining light of the chandelier. He really wanted to walk in but everything seemed intimidating. He'll be by the large doors peeking in, but not stepping in yet. He has no idea that if he did step in he would be dressed for occasion.
[ ooc: well mingle and drag him in. He is a cute thign you can't not hate at all 8D and lol NAOTO-MUN feel free to kidnap him to your room and dress 'im up ahahaha. ]

"Hello, again."

Duzell always though she was a lady anyway, so it didn't surprise him. She looked pretty, like his mom, but mother was prettier because she was a vampire. He just stares at her when she greets him and LOL. YES we're just badass like that totally fffff 8DDDDDD
"Hi...Na...Naoto," he replied greeting her.

He nods his head but he frowned because he wasn't inside, "It looks intimidating inside."
He replied to her.

"I believe the Mansion is being rather insistent that we all celebrate the holidays, though."
no subject
"Really?" the bot mused looking at her with large red eyes. He still didn't think he fitted in with all the adults. Wonderland is a wonderful place. He looks briefly at her still, "Isn't being insistent a bad thing...holidays?" he inquired.

"Naoto, why don't you wear dresses usually?" he mused noticing that she was wearing a dress for the first time. Yeah he's a little random thing he is. The child just glanced briefly at her appearance before speaking. He did catch that displeasure though. Poor thing.
"Are you sure...Naoto that they're not out to do anything bad?"

He spotted the small child in the doorway and paused, "Are you waiting for someone?"

The boy looked at the stranger with his large red eyes. He shook his head. He wasn't waiting for anyone really. He was just intimidated by all the adults there. Where was mother when you need her. He clutched that doll that Yujinn had given him close to his form.

"Ohhmm," he nodded his head making an incoherent sound, "Duzell..." he mused with a small smile.

"Hello Duzell, I'm Ryuho."
no subject
"Hello Ryu...ho," he repeated the name with a brief child-like smile. He was a nice man.

"...ohhmm," he nodded his head to that question. Yes he wanted food. OF course he wanted food.. even though it would do nothing for him but it puts up a good facade of being human ish.

/late lololololol >>
Curious as well, he walks over and says with a smile, "Hello!"
it's all good late myself XD
The child clutched his kyarru plush in his arms and noticed that there was a child not too much older than him staring at him and greeting him, "H-Hello."

"Doesn't have a name," he replied clutching it to his chest. The last time someone said something like that they almost tore it away from him. OF course he could tell that some of the threading was coming off due to that last fight with that other kid orz.

"I'm Nai! What's your name?"

He was still a bit confused (seeing that he hadn't noticed that people were turning young) but smiled.
