Summary: Rainbow Dash is living the dream, but she's kind of getting lonely. Good thing Bro's around to help her out.
The Story:

Her biggest dream was to be part of the Wonder Bolts, the best fliers in all of Equestria. The mansion granted it to her with style. Rainbow Dash hardly believed it at first, but she took to it like she did with racing. She performed amazing tricks with them up in the air, and she could hardly contain her happiness.

There was really only one problem with it.

Rainbow Dash tried looking for her friends within the dream. Funnily enough, they weren't anywhere she looked. Perhaps she shouldn't have been surprised, though. She was training with them in Cloudsdale, but she had hoped that they would've visited.

Then another problem came up.

She was having fun, and she really did enjoy what the mansion gave her, but Dash was starting to get lonely. Dash hated being lonely, it was the worst feeling in the world. She tried explaining it, saying that while the Wonder Bolts were great, she missed her friends a lot. She wanted to leave, but they were having none of it.

So, she tried leaving on her own.

That didn't work out well. For some reason, they were a lot faster than her, and she was pretty fast! Rainbow Dash didn't like it one bit, and retreated to a cloud to plan her escape.

[Bro's mostly been looking for Dave but that doesn't mean he's going to leave his best brony to get trapped in the mansion's bad trip. He walks into the room that is her dream, on the alert either for her or the dream people who might be holding her]

[Rainbow Dash spots Bro easily from her cloud. Excited to see him, she zooms down from her cloud to give him a tackle-hug! She hasn't seen anybody for a couple days, now.]

[Bro takes a moment to steady himself from the impact of a pegasus tackle-hugging him at speeds unknown to most before saying anything]

So, this is your dream, huh?

Yeah. This is Equestria! Or, well, Cloudsdale, specifically. It's home to all the pegasi, and it's where the Wonder Bolts train! They're the fastest team of fliers ever! I've always dreamed of being part of their team.

[She kind of hovers near his head as she spouts all of this off at lightning speed. Dash has to stop herself before going off for a long time about how awesome the Wonder Bolts are.]

It's just weird that I can't leave to go to places like Canterlot or Ponyville or whatever. I haven't seen anybody else around here, either.

[He nods, not interrupting until she reaches the last part]

That's because it's not really Equestria. The mansion's fucking with us, making us think it's real but it's not.

[She's quiet after he says that for a few seconds. Dash suspected as much, and really she has no reason to think that Bro's lying about it. It just sucks, no matter how you look at it.]

Well, it was fun while it lasted. [Not to mention lonely.] It just means I have to work that much harder to get to my dream!

The only problem is that the Wonder Bolts are crazy fast, like faster than I am.

[This admission obviously doesn't sit well with her. Rainbow Dash is the fastest ever, darn it, and she's not going to let anyone challenge that title!]

[He raises an eyebrow]

Well, I guess I could always train you. Not that flashstep is a skill everyone can learn but you got the speed to make me think you might just do it.

Can that flashstep thing get us outta here?

[O Master of Speed, show her your amazingness.]

You're damn straight it can.

[And he'll just be flash-stepping a little way towards the direction of the exit. He doesn't actually want to lose her, after all]

[WHOA what the--?!

Rainbow Dash is about to follow him because that is a challenge. However, she's kind of blocked by three ponies of the Wonder Bolts the moment she makes a move toward Bro and the exit.]

Oh for the love of--!

[In an instant, Bro's back at her side, Cal and his katana ready in case they have to fight their way out]

All right, back it up. She's coming with me.

[They kind of don't like the look of that katana, so they back off after a few seconds.]

Man, maybe I should consider sword training, too.

[Well, she's definitely making a beeline to the exit. Ain't know way she's sticking around for them to change their mind and decide to challenge that sword.]

[Bro follows behind her, keeping an eye out for any of them that might decide to risk taking on the bipedal mammal with the sharp, pointy sword]

[Yeah, none of them are quite that daring, so they leave unscathed.]

How'd you do that flashstep thing? No, wait, I'll ask that after the mansion's done with whatever. There might be other people who need our help. Maybe I should check on Rarity. Do you want me to keep an eye out for anybody?

[Pause.]

Well, I guess that won't be hard with the mansion looking like a ghost town.

[He smirks a little]

Hit me up first thing this is over and I'll show you.

[He pauses at her question but eventually shakes his head]

I gotta find my little bro at some point but I ain't the only one looking for him I imagine. I'll catch up with him later. I can come with you to find your friend if you want.

That's a promise!

Yeah, sure, that'd be great! I mean, I don't think she'd be in any trouble, but it's best to make sure, right? If we're lucky, the mansion gave her something that would send her screaming out of her room, heheh.

[She can think of a lot of humorous things that would send her perfectionist friend running.]

Absolutely. Even if she did catch on to whatever's going on, it might help her to know it's not just her.

Well, if she's out and about in the halls, it might be better to have one of us look around. The other can check her room. If we find her, we can call each other on the comm thing!

[He nods]

I'll take the halls. Means I can look out for Dave and his friends too.

Alright, cool! Good luck finding them!

[And she dashes away to go to Rarity's room.]
