Summary: Everyone is stuck with their memories. And some other people.
The Story:
This log's pretty straightforward. There is one thread per group for the first day or two of the event, before people are able to leave their initial dream bubble groupings. ♥ If you have any questions, grab a mod on AIM.

EDIT: The mods have decided to let everyone continue with phase two of the event in this one log, since there's overlap between being stuck in the bubbles and moving between them.

So if you're posting to a group thread that isn't your initial group, just your thread with what day of the event it takes place on so people will know it's not from the first day or so.

"Sorry...this place isn't really inviting."

Minato knew that too. He smiled a little. "I can leave."

"...No. It's okay." Yuu can see that the hallway has changed some since Minato's entrance and he steps out to look around at the odd mixture of Naganaki Shrine and his facility.

"I'm...um, I'm glad you're here."

[jivitadana]

Minato's small smile didn't waver. He had planned on leaving this place, but it didn't mean he was going to go alone. He was going to take Yuu with him.

"I'm glad I found you."

He wondered about the foliage from the tree merging with the metal staircase down the hall.

"... You shouldn't be alone here."

[last_liar]

"...I didn't want this to follow me." Not where anyone else could see it.

Minato didn't think so. He nodded once and deciding that he should just go for it, reached to take Yuu's hand in his own.

"... Stay in my memory with me then."

[last_liar]

Yuu looked at their hands and smiled, shifting his grip to twine his fingers with Minato's.

"...Thank you."

Minato nodded, and gently pulled Yuu out of the room he was hiding in. He remembered something like visiting Naganaki Shrine with Yuu a while ago when Wonderland started to tear itself apart, but it was so desolate and lonely then.

It was much better now, like how Minato had remembered it. He led him over to where the Shrine was now more dominant in the scenery.

"It's January 1st. New Year's."

"It didn't snow?"

Minato shook his head.

"It was just cold. The girls wore kimonos though."

Yuu paused to look around as they finally stepped out of the facility altogether and into the open air.

"I remember going a few times with my family."

[jivitadana]

"Mn, same here."

Minato hadn't gone that often from what he could remember, but he had. He was taught, at least, what to do or what could be done at shrines.

"I should go more often."

[last_liar]

"Me too..."

The air is crisp around them now and Yuu's glad he's wearing a sweatshirt.

"...Um...about what you said before...."

[jivitadana]

Before? Minato tried to think back to something he might've said earlier, perhaps about leaving the facility, the holiday, visiting shrines in general.

He waited though for Yuu to finish his thought.

"I've been thinking about it... About what you said."

His hand tightened around Minato's and his face reddened.

"Thinking about it a lot."

He raised his free hand to run his fingers through his hair in exasperation. He was just babbling and he knew it.

"Um...I just mean...."

There was a pause before, at a loss for words, Yuu leaned over to kiss Minato's cheek lightly.

Minato blinked. Oh. OH, that's what he was referring to.

He wasn't puzzled for very long, his expression softening if now with a hint of pink in his cheeks. Minato gently squeezed Yuu's hand before he leaned to whisper in Yuu's ear that he loved him and nothing would ever change that.

Yuu didn't respond except to smile to himself, content for the first time in several days.

Minato smiled, and kissed Yuu's temple before speaking again.

"Mn, let me do something for you."

[last_liar]

Yuu squeezed his eye closed on that side, scrunching his face up a bit, though it wasn't because he disliked the gesture.

"Okay..." He looked at Minato curiously. "What is it?"

Minato thought that was cute. He didn't kiss Yuu again though to save him from being teased.

But he did pick Yuu up in his arms.

"Hi. Let's sit on top of the jungle gym."

[last_liar]

"Ack--" Yuu grabbed onto Minato in surprise. "Um...yeah. Okay."

Minato smiled as thanks and carried Yuu over to the jungle gym. He then set him down on his feet.

"... Cute."

Yuu made a face and turned to clamber up the jungle gym before Minato could see him blush again.

Minato followed Yuu up there and sat on the topmost bar. He waited until Yuu was close enough before speaking again.

"I got proposed to up here."

"Proposed to?"
