the unholy offspring of lightning and death
Who: Mirror!Toothless and you
Where: Almost anywhere!
When: Anytime this week (29th to the 5th or so)
Rating: PG for now, might be some violence later.
Summary: Not all Nightfuries are happy to befriend Vikings. Some of them would prefer to chew them between their teeth. Especially if it's for the Queen. (Please keep in mind that this a very different Toothless. While I won't have him attack anyone without permission, he's very much a wild dragon.)
The Story:
As soon as he can, after the Queen's decree, he crosses over. He's been watching his "real" self. They can't make marks on the glass to each other like some, and the real Toothless can't hear his disdaining snarls through the mirror. But still. He's watched, feeling disgusted with the other dragon. Does he have no dignity left in him, making friends simply to gain attention and company? Connections with Vikings was to be made for specific purposes. Alliances to gain things for the Queen. A teaming of strength, if a task required it. But never for... attention.
Toothless keeps to himself as much as possible, avoiding Hiccup at first. He has to at least pretend to be the other dragon, and he's concerned that Hiccup will see through him. He prowls the mansion and listens to conversations. Here, the Vikings don't mind his presence. They don't leave or threaten him when he enters a room. It allows him to listen in on a few conversations and get the lay of everything, so to speak.
Once he has his footing, he's eager to begin disrupting things as much as he can. The mirrors, and the Queen, must have what's behind the door. That much is apparent to him. A dragon is rubbish at riddles, and so Toothless sticks to what he knows. Scaring the Vikings, and pretending to be an ally. Sooner or later, he's going to get... hungry. What does the blood of a Real taste like?

Not that he really wanted to be caught eating human flesh, even by a dragon. But the dragon is the most likely of the other residents to be unbothered by it, so Fuminori doesn't scramble to hide it like he might if approached by another human.
"Hey."

"Is something wrong?"

With distorted visual and auditory clues, Fuminori is left guessing as to what he needs to do. After a moment of uncertainty, he sets the bowl of flesh--to him it looks like fruit--on the ground and nudges it toward Toothless.
"You want some?"

"...Something wrong?" He's not sure if he's trying to cover for his own behavior or if he really expects some kind of response.

"I can go get you more, if you're hungry."

Inside, he passes by the extra door in the entrance hall without sparing it a glance. He doesn't care about it at all.
In the kitchen, he pulls a tub of flesh and organs out of the fridge and sets it on the floor, crouching next to it. He takes a piece out and puts it in his mouth, thinking as he does so that it's a little weird that he and Toothless eat the same thing.

Toothless approaches from the side, sniffing at the tub and wondering why this hasn't occurred to him yet. But he prefers his flesh to still be alive, of course, when he dines on Vikings.
He looks to Fuminori again, wondering if the other Vikings know about his preferences.

"What is it?"

Toothless keeps approaching, just to see what Fuminori will do.

"...You're acting weird." Compared to what Fuminori's used to, anyway. Somehow, it still hasn't occurred to him that this might be a case of a Mirror switching with the Real thing.
