Summary: After a rough month or so in their friendship, Luke pays Clara a visit
The Story:
Clara's never been any good with friends. Actually, she's never really had very many people she'd consider to be actual ones, not until her time here in Wonderland. In a lot of ways, being here has forced her to drop some of the walls she had built up over the years back home on Earth, just as a means to have something to cling hold of in terms of interpersonal relationships. Things with Luke had started out just fine, but the more time drew on and the closer Clara became to him, the more she tended to mother him. She just wants to protect him and make sure he's safe, which has only served to upset and anger him and push him away due to the fact she can't say anything non-bluntly or right at all.
The beach party had been the worst conversation of all, and due to her injuries, she hasn't exactly had the time to go to him and attempt to apologize. But in between bouts of medication and drug induced slumber, she's managed to send him a message and ask him to come by and visit her as soon as possible. Of course, the second she sent the message she rolled over and fell right back asleep, so whenever he does show up he'll have to let himself in.
But really, she's looking forward to getting the chance to try and patch things up.
