Who: Doctor Whale, Zombies, and you?
Where: around the prison yard
When: during zombiepocalypse event
Rating: R for safety because: gruesome descriptions, violence, other zombie things
Summary: There are zombies. Doctor Whale decides to capture one but ends up biting off more than he can chew
The Story: By now he was growing used to Wonderland's habit of taking them to strange new places every week or so. And since he'd already been cast the villain in one scenario and became a murderer in another, Victor decided "to hell with it" and made sure to carry a weapon on him when he slept.
He never visited a prison yard before today but suspected riots weren't out of the question. Turned out there was something even more sinister.
He saw the first one at a distance, ambling along with eerie gutteral breaths. Victor watched it in fascination and tracked it. It never seemed to tire or need food; it wasn't a living being, yet it wasn't entirely dead. It was a reanimated corpse. That discovery sent shivers of excitement through his body. Finally.... finally.
Victor got his gun ready and shot at the next one he saw. Rather than fall, it turned toward him. He fired again but the bullets didn't seem to phase the creature. Worse, the noise aroused the attention of others. How was he going to put one down if they couldn't be stopped by bullets? He fired one more time and this time the creature fell. He killed it, or re-killed it. Whatever.
The others were still coming and he didn't have enough bullets for them all. He didn't want to leave his specimen behind but he had no choice: he had to run. At least until he found a better way to capture one.

"Look out!"
And with that shouted out, she fires the shotgun, wincing at the recoil. But that wince quickly turns to a grin and laughter as she realizes she's hit one of the creatures right in the forehead. The Doctor's right, she's brilliant with weapons. Which probably says a lot about what sort of person she is and is something she ought to be worried about. But when in Rome, shoot zombies the way everyone else would in a zombie movie.
"I'm coming to you, keep moving!"
She commands, and pulls the tip of the shotgun out from the fence so she can hurry her way downstairs and open double doors for him to run inside and stay safe.

So he followed the sound of her voice to the doors. On the way he turned and fired, gunning down another of the creatures. The kill shot made a sickening "squelch" sound, just further proving these things weren't alive.
He skidded inside, quickly turning and putting his weight into the doors to shut them. Not for his own sake, but for Clara's. And there they were still at the door: he could hear their noises as the clawed uselessly for a way inside.

Because she certainly wasn't going to totally abandon her favorite weapon, after all. She was sure she'd need it again before this particular event is over. So she turns and sadly slides it through the handles, hoping it holds for a while so the walkers get bored and move to someplace else.

He probably didn't look his best at the moment: his clothes bore flecks of blood and flesh from the creatures, his hair a mess. But really, Victor never felt more like himself.
"Lucky we're in a prison," he remarked. "We'll find another weapon eventually."
oh look at me forgetting everything sob
When he spots Victor running from the mob, however, he charges over, grabbing a rock up off the ground and chucking it at the horde. "Run! I'll try to distract them!"

"You are coming with me." The last thing he wanted was blood on his hands. If Alphonse was hurt protecting him, Edward and Greed would never let him forget it.

"I need more bullets," he told Alphonse. "Let's go where they keep the weapons."

He hauls the door open long enough for Victor to get inside, then slams it shut again.

"I'm thankful you braved the prison, but as soon as we get weapons I'm getting you back to your brother."

It doesn't take too long for them to get to the room the weapons were stored in--thankfully they didn't run into any crawlers still left inside. "Here we are."
