Luke & Tear [ Incomplete ]

Who: Tear ([livejournal.com profile] fonichymns) & Luke ([livejournal.com profile] rejectedreplica)
Where: Tear's room.
When: Not to long after their conversation over the journals.
Rating: PG ?
Summary: Luke is worrying about Guy, Tear is starting to get annoyed with his impaitence. Succesfully stopping him from knocking on every door in the mansion, Luke is now coming to see Tear.
the Story:

The Oracle Knight sat on her neatly made bed, her visable eye staring out the window to her right. There was something wrong with Guy, or at least something was troubling him, sure she was just as worried as Luke but she knew that the swordsman needed his space, simply chasing after him wasn't the best course of action. Part of Tear knew that at one point Luke would try something like that, knocking on every door in the mansion, that had to be the stupidest thing he had ever done. She knew he was worried, but running around in worry would only end up tiring him and it wouldn't make Guy come back at anytime soon.

Now, Luke was coming to see her. The first time since she had gotten here, Luke was coming to see her, it would be the first time she would speak to him face to face. Tear sat there fiddling with the gloves on her hands, she wasn't that nervous, she was more afriad of what her composure would do upon seeing Luke. With a small shake of her head she closed her eyes, silently fixing the cracks in her perfect composure, she would not allow it to faulter. Not today. Blue eyes opening once again, she glanced at the door then back at window to her right.

Even if Luke said he was alright, she could not help but worry over him. He could be so reckless at times.

For the second time that day, the red-haired noble stood outside of room 212. He had passed it earlier that day on his--what he now acknowledged as being a bit irrational--search, and the thought of stopping in had crossed his mind then--and he supposed, judging by what he asked a few moments ago, was still on his mind now. He hadn't seen Tear since he had gotten there, and that was already a month ago now. And if not that, then it felt as long. Nonetheless, Luke had missed her.

And of course, as usual, all he was doing was making her worry.

Trying to clear his mind of the negative thoughts she had just reprimanded him for, he reached forward, knocking firmly on the door.

"Tear?"

An inaudiable sigh escaped his lips as he heard the familiar tone in her voice; he was relieved to see her again, despite what her words may be for him at this moment in time. Some people may not have seen it, but he knew that she was actually worried, even if her voice didn't betray it. A sheepish grin spread across his face as he made to reply; his left hand coming up to scratch the back of his head.

"Haha, all day, pretty much." Anticipating the melodist's reply, he quickly added on, "It was stupid, I know." Without waiting for a response, he moved on, dropping his hand back to his side.

"What about you, Tear? How are you holding up?"

As Luke saw the woman move to make room for him in the doorway, he couldn't help the small smile that was slowly spreading on his features. "Thanks," he murmured, walking into the room as prompted.

He distracted himself with surveying the room for a place to sit; idly hoping that the melodist wouldn't inquire into the subject of Guy's disappearance. It wasn't something he entirely felt like thinking about--much less talking about--lately; he had already spent enough time brooding on it the day before.

Then again, it wasn't like he had an answer to give if she asked him what happened, anyway. He didn't really know, himself.

[ Ohh my god Kiku I'm sorry for taking a million years to reply I am a terrible, terrible person. ]

At her words, the replica began to tune back to attention, turning his head back slightly to catch a glimpse of the seventh fonist. "Hm?" Turning back now to face her fully, now, he saw that familiar guesture of hers; a small smile creeping onto his lips. Perhaps Tear didn't notice it herself, but there was always something about the way she held herself when doing that, that made him find it a little endearing. He withheld a small sigh; it felt good to see Tear again. "Yeah, just... a little worried, I guess. I'm fine."

Shifting his feet a bit uncomfortably, Luke managed a glance down to his feet, before looking hopefully up at Tear. He extended one arm, pointing towards the bed, before asking uncertainly: "Tear, do you mind if I...?"
