[Being a teenage girl with a life that would put most Lifetime Network movies to shame, Krissy craves a lot of things. A family, acceptance from others, and acknowledgment that she's mature enough to run her own life are some pretty major, and fairly normal, ones. Yet the three of them - even combined together - don't math the one thing she craves the absolute most.

Violence.

Not just mindless rage, of course. She doesn't want to just hurt anyone, or anything, that crosses her path. No, her violence stems from a different source. It's the drive of a hunter. The desire to kill monsters before they can kill others. The desire to keep people safe even if it means risking her own life to do it.

In Wonderland, she's had to keep that urge tightly under wraps. The supposed 'truce' between monsters and humanity here has forced her to bite her tongue and keep her weapons in check. She's done fine with it so far and has discovered, much to her surprise, that not all those classified as monsters are necessarily bad.

But today she's finding it more and more difficult to keep that in mind. It began almost like an itch that she couldn't quite scratch and has only gotten worse as the day has dragged on until, finally, she's decided that the best way to handle it is to get away. Not because she's afraid she'll hurt someone who doesn't deserve it, really, as much as she doesn't want to be the one responsible for breaking the ceasefire that governs them all.

So she heads out of the mansion, toward the forest, with the intention of just staying away from everyone until whatever is going on finally stops.

And, of course, that's exactly when she runs into Lucifer.

Or, rather, when he appears out of freaking thin air. Whatever the semantics, the end result is the same. One minute she's heading into the forest and the next she's coming to a complete stop and is face-to-face with the Devil. Her stomach giving a slight churn as she realizes that things have just gone from bad to exponentially worse, and her reaction is best summed up by words that escape her lips on a soft sigh.]

Thanks, Wonderland. Just... thanks.
