Summary: Natasha's cursed with the Spirit of Leopard.
The Story:

[Option 1: Natasha]
Natasha falls somewhere in the middle generation of Liddell cousins and siblings that inhabit the mansion. She's not one of the most social of them either, preferring to be more solitary like the animal spirit she was cursed with. That doesn't mean she doesn't still keep tabs on family members and keep an eye on the happenings around the mansion, just that she's usually fairly subtle about it. For a few years when she was younger, she traveled the world to see what she could see, but in recent years, she's been more than content to stay home, around her family, for whatever she might be needed for. Family's important to her, despite the fact that there's so many of them and she might not be the best at showing it sometimes.

Most days (or nights, as she's known to have a nocturnal streak) she can usually be found wandering, or possibly curled up somewhere comfortable with a book or a companion. If you spot her alone, feel free to come join her or lure her out into into some fun. Despite her occasional aloof manner or cool stare, she does have a mischievous playful side that shows up at unexpected moments.

[Option 2: Leopard]
In a house with so many people inside its walls, its inevitable that sooner or later collisions occur. Natasha's not usually overly worried about this - she understands the need to keep their curse a secret and faithfully endeavors to do so but accidents happen and unlike some of her relatives, she's just as comfortable in her cursed form as she is in her human one.

It's why she doesn't sweat it too much if she does accidentally bump into someone nearby - she's good at vanishing out of sight quickly if need be, and there are plenty of shadowy heights to perch in out of sight. Sometimes this plays out to her advantage, especially if she's feeling particularly bored or playful. Not everyone in the mansion is very good at staying aware of their surroundings when there are predators looking to pounce.

((OOC: This is Natasha's catch-all post for the event. Feel free to pick either option, if you want to interact with her as human or in her leopard form, or even both, if your character's inclined to trigger her transformation in some way. I'm up for anything!))

"Please," she sighs with exaggerated expression, rolling her eyes. "If I bothered to eat anyone, they wouldn't be innocent."

He's welcome to interpret that how he likes, although there's a hint of wicked humor that glints briefly in green eyes for a moment before it's gone again, almost fast enough to miss.

"My clothes are back in my room," she answered instead, letting the subject change, just in case. Carefully, she pushes herself to her feet, keeping the jacket carefully clutched around her for his modesty's sake. "But if you'd like your jacket back, it's not far to walk."

He just smiles at the remark, not giving it much more credit than it's due. He's pretty sure she's just joking after all.

After she gets up he follows suit, still keeping his eyes averted from her until she fixes the jacket a bit more tightly around her. "You can keep it, it's fine. But I can walk you to your room, if you want." He knows Natasha wouldn't have any problems on her way there, and she can take care of herself just fine, but it still doesn't sound too pleasant to walk around half-naked and alone around the mansion.

"I can't say I'd object to the company, but I've also given you your fair share of heart attacks for one morning, so if you were heading somewhere in particular, I'm sure I can make do," she answers, giving him a crooked smile as she turns down the hallway that leads to her room, casting a glance over her shoulder at him and leaving the decision up to him.

Bruce stands thoughtfully for a moment, but in the end steps towards her instead, to walk her back to her room. It's not like he has pressing business to tend to here, and it's a detour of five minutes, ten at best. And he knows very well she can make do on her own, but he'd still rather make sure she'd get back to her room safely and without any unpleasant encounters.

She ducks her head and hides a smile when he moves to accompany her, but doesn't comment on it, merely maintains a careful distance for his modesty as she leads the way.

"So. You know?"

He crosses his arms thoughtlessly, following after her in silence for a while. At the question, Bruce only nods, sparing on glances or looks for the moment, and rather keeping his eyes on the floor and walls of the corridor.

"Yeah, I had a... a run-in with Pepper earlier on."

She indulges in a soft laugh at that, amusement flitting in her green eyes.

"Hopefully it involved less bruises than Tony ended up with."

[hyperkinesia]

"No, far from it," he said with some humor in his tone. "But then again I didn't wake up to a talking swan in my bed, so there's that."

"I'd have more sympathy for him if he hadn't made her so upset in the process," Natasha retorted wryly, rolling her eyes. Then again, she was fairly certain Pepper could take care of herself. Not that she wasn't still overprotective of her sister.

[hyperkinesia]

"No, I know. Tony isn't exactly the kind to earn any kind of sympathy from... well, anyone, actually," he admitted that much. Even if he liked Tony, he could admit to that much. But in this case, it was a little difficult to explain how both he and Tony didn't have the same memories they did. It'd be as impossible for her to accept it as it would be for Bruce to even begin considering the hypothesis that what he remembered might be the actual farce here.

"And yet, I'm still inexplicably fond of the asshole," she sighs mournfully, shaking her head at herself as they turn down the hall that leads to their rooms.

[hyperkinesia]

Bruce huffs a chuckle at the words, not quite predictable though he's not entirely unfamiliar with hearing them. "It's a Tony thing, yeah. Call it charisma, if you will. His natural talent."

"At least you have a better chance at understanding most of the words that he's babbling about when he goes off on a tangent," she points out with a sly smile, glancing over at him.
