Not even a slight flicker of blue [Open]
Who: Billy Kaplan and You
Where: Everywhere
When: Duration of the Puppy event
Rating: PG-13 probably
Summary: Billy's magic is gone and he's not taking it overly well. Also there's an adorable puppy that found a new home.
The Story:
From the moment Billy woke up he noticed everything was wrong. Everything was dull, like the color had seeped out of everything, and the power the ran through his veins, the magic he could always feel like a low hum in his head was gone. He took a deep breath and tried not to panic, chaos magic and panic didn't go together and he'd learned a long time ago panic never did any good. Except he never felt like a piece of himself had been torn from himself, not even when his powers had been dampened when he had been a prisoner in the cube and then the negative zone. He couldn't access it but he could always feel it.

Nothing. Not even the slightest flicker of blue.
Shit. Ok, he could handle this. He just needed to find Tommy or Kate, maybe they knew what was going on.
1.
Getting dressed he left his room in search of someone who could tell him what was going on...and why a herd of puppies just ran by him.
2.
Billy found himself outside walking the grounds. He felt better out here then inside the mansion, like the walls where caving in on him and he couldn't do anything to stop it.
He kept looking over his shoulder every few steps, sure he heard something behind him. The third time it happened he turned fully to find a brown and white puppy bounding out if the bushes and over to him barking excitedly.
Billy couldn't help but laugh and squat down letting the pup lick his face and jump around his excitedly. Scooping him up he continued his aimless walking letting the dog down to run about his feet.
3.
Whatever you want. Billy will be out and about, probably with a puppy tagging along. You can run into him wherever you'd like. Maybe help him come up with a name for the dog.

There's a group of them following him around when he steps outside, with one of them, the neewfoundland pup he's called Five, sticking close to him while the others play (Three, predictably, is a show-off.).
One of the puppies yaps and bolts off towards Billy's dog, and Sam chases after it.]
Hey! come back! You can't- Oh god, I'm sorry. They're not... not very well trained yet.

Peter walked outside in the hopes that he would be able to see color in the daylight but nothing. He sighed and saw that he wasn't alone outside. Billy was walking along with his own puppy.
"Come on Master Frodo, let's see what Billy is up to," Peter said brightly before jogging over to meet his friend.

[She jogs up to him, waving to get his attention as she heads towards him. It took her a moment but, thankfully, there's more to both Billy and Tommy than their looks. They're nearly identical in appearance. But in personality, they couldn't be more different.
But the look on her face isn't one of amusement, especially given the brown and white fluff ball following him around. It's definitely more so one of worry.]
Have you spoken with Tommy at all today?
