Selphie and Sabin -incomplete-
Who: Selphie
boomgameover, Sabin
spiraler
Where On the rooftop
When: Mid-afternoon
Rating: PG
Summary: Selphie sits in the rain, thinking about her friends. She is joined by a stranger who is also looking for someone.
the Story:
Selphie never really liked the rain. She hated getting wet. Well, that was before she came to the mansion. Yet, for some reason, now she didn't mind sitting outside on the roof, in the pouring rain.
In fact, it made her feel... calmer. She didn't know what to do anymore. She had lost contact with the friends she had come with. Seifer seemed to have found a way home, and Zell was... somewhere.
With a sigh, she stretched her legs out and buried her head in her arms.

In fact, it made her feel... calmer. She didn't know what to do anymore. She had lost contact with the friends she had come with. Seifer seemed to have found a way home, and Zell was... somewhere.
With a sigh, she stretched her legs out and buried her head in her arms.

She wiped her eyes, and shook her head quickly. "I... am just sitting out here." Selphie lied. She had no idea why she was hiding the truth, but she had a bad habit of thinking before she spoke, and that's what slipped out of her mouth.
"Actually, that's a lie." She said, burying her head in her arms once again and letting herself cry.

She flinched a little when he put his hand on her shoulder. "Something... has happened," She said, thoughtfully. "I happen to find myself alone. Again. Just when I find my friends, they slip from between my fingers, and they've either found their way back home or are just missing in action."

"I just..." She started, but fell silent. Why was she so upset about it? It wasn't as though she was a child anymore. At 17 you're supposed to be mature, not crying about the fact that you can't find your friends.
She recoiled as though she had just been hit. Her whole body stiffened and she rubbed her eyes quickly. She coughed nervously.

"Thanks." She said in a defeated tone. "I'm glad that I have someone that will attempt to understand my misery." She laughed: Selphie was never a person to put herself down. "So... you're looking for someone, too? It seems that everyone is lost in this godforsaken place."

"It DOES seem like a prison," Selphie commented. "If you have been here as long as I have, then..." She shrugged it off. "You just get used to it after a while."

"You're looking for a gym, huh?" Selphie questioned, curling up a little. It was starting to get really cold. Or, rather, the cold was starting to settle in. "There's one here, I've seen it."
