But everybody's gone and you've been here for too long

Who: Teenage Bigby Wolf (15) and YOU
Where: At the School Cultural Event, Class 1-3
When: Japanese High School AU Event (Saturday through Wednesday)
Rating: PG-13 for Bigby’s foul mouth
Summary: Bigby is a fifteen year-old rebel who is not into school shit whatsoever. On days he’s not in class, he can be found outside smoking and picking fights with whoever gives him the stink eye. Teenage Bigby will be played by [personal profile] bigbadwlf for the duration of the event.
The Story:

Bigby Wolf was swiftly working on ways of getting kicked out of school.

Not that he really cared. Fuck school. The entire place only stood in his way of proving himself. The only reason he was here at this high school was because of his rich father and fuck that prick. His six older brothers may have swallowed the Kool-Aid and bought into the dick’s lies and money but not Bigby. He couldn’t forget how the ass had left his mother all alone. He had been the only one who stayed and when she died, he vowed to never give his Father the satisfaction to see him cry. Because he was Big and he was Bad and he’d fight anything that walked in his way, just to show them who was the toughest son of a bitch around.

His class is 1-3 and there are few in there that he can tolerate but he mostly stays away, spending his time around the school. You can meet up with Bigby in different places throughout the week:

A) In the school yard, smoking and roughly avoiding anything and everything academic. Bigby will spend most of his time leading up to the school event here, probably hanging out with other degenerate kids. He has little control over his mouth or his fists so be prepared to have a barking Bigby in your face if he doesn’t like how you look at him or what you have to say.

B) The Kendo Club. Bigby doesn’t do organized sports but some of his mates practice swords after school so Bigby finds his way to the club eventually. Plus, there’s this girl… Well, the less said about her the better but he can’t stop thinking about her and he’s pretty sure other people are beginning to notice.

C) During the school event, Bigby will be hanging outside of the Onigiri area, probably munching on the riceballs he is supposed to be making. He’s trying to find some place to hide and he’ll probably make appearances through out the fair. Again, if anyone looks at him sideways, be prepared for a fight because Bigby punches first and asks questions later.

D) The Dance. Bigby is hanging out at the dance here. He is out with Mary Margaret but that's not to say he won't talk to anyone who drops by!

Enjoy the scrappy punk while he’s around. One of these days he’s going to end up on the wrong side of the law and he might not be around forever.

Bigby watched as the kid scrambled to grab all of his things and shove them back into the bag. He recognizes him as Scott, a boy from his class. He raised an eyebrow at him, curious as to why Scott would think he gave a damn about being late. He rarely went to class and when he did, it wasn't to pay attention.

"Maybe," Bigby said, exhaling a large cloud of smoke before dropping the cigarette to the ground. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a second, shaking one out so that it stuck out of the pack.

"If we're going to be late, might as well make a grand entrance. Want a smoke?"

He really should rush off, but Scott decided not to. This was probably the least hostile he'd seen the other teen before and he couldn't help but be friendly. He glanced down at the pack when he offered him a cigarette, but shook his head to decline.

"I'll pass, but thanks." The asthmatic made a subconscious check through his pocket to ensure he had his inhaler. "You don't actually show up in class much, do you?" There was no accusation in his tone. Just pure, innocent curiosity. "I mean, you're smart enough to pass, so why not? If--if you don't mind my asking."

"Suit yourself."

Bigby takes the cigarette and slides it between his lips, lighting it swiftly. He shrugs his shoulders when Scott asks him about class. Really, it's more to piss off his father than any true dislike of school material.

"Because I don't like to follow along and do what everyone expects me to do," Bigby said with a grin. "I like to follow my own rules. Sometimes I show up, sometimes I don't. I like to think of it as being my own boss, a free spirit. It's fun."

Scott looked confused for a moment. He'd never really been big on the rebelling thing, but he also hadn't ever really been suffocated with rules either and got along well with his mother.

"Oh." So, Bigby's answer took some time to process with the teen. "Don't you get lonely out here, though?" As he asked, he subconsciously leaned against the wall behind him, apparently intending to stay put with the other teen. He'd actually never skipped class before, so this would be a first for him. He was pretty sure he'd get an ear-full for it later, but this wasn't a class he had with Stiles and he was pretty sure he could afford to miss at least one class.

"Can't be lonely when you're here," Bigby said with a grin. He was actually rather surprised that Scott was sticking around, considering he seemed to be really into following the rules and doing 'well' in class. There might be more to Scott than Bigby first thought.

"Besides, sometimes I like being alone. It's quiet here when everyone is in class. It's really the only time the school is peaceful."

"Then I'll stay, if that's okay with you?" Scott returned the smile, big and bright as ever. He enjoyed making friends, and the fact that Bigby wasn't trying to shoo him away seemed promising in that regard. Scott wasn't much of a rebel, like, at all, but he could probably get away with ditching one class, right?

The dark haired teen took that moment to look around and actually listen. It was pretty quiet. A stillness he wasn't used to on the campus that seemed to have a pretty calming effect. "You're right, it's pretty nice." He could see how someone could get used to it.

"It never lasts," Bigby pointed out, flicking the last of his cigarette before fishing around for another. "Sooner or later someone is going to come out and start hollering for us to move it along. But for the moment, I can actually hear myself think."

Not that it always was a good thing. Sometimes Bigby had a bad habit of getting lost in his own head, anger spiraling out of control.

"So what's your bag?" he said, quirking an eyebrow at Scott. "Why the big rebellion right now? Aren't you going to be missed in class?"

"Bummer." Scott frowned a bit, looking almost in thought. "What do you do when that happens?" He couldn't imagine Bigby actually listened to anyone who told him to move along or get back to class.

For a moment, Scott looked a bit perplexed and sent a glance to his backpack, but as Bigby elaborated, the confusion cleared from his eyes and he smiled. "I dunno." He shrugged. "I just... thought it might be cool to hang out with you?" Yes, it was a question, because it almost sounded like he was looking for approval. "I never skip, so they probably won't think anything of me missing. Probably think I got sick or something."

"I go inside and find myself a nice, quiet stairwell," Bigby smirked. "You'd be surprised at how easy it is to disappear at this school. Show up for roll call and then slip away."

Bigby didn't know if Scott was making fun of him when he said it would be "cool" to hang out. Bigby didn't think of himself as 'cool'. He just was a kid who didn't care about much of anything except what he could use to be bigger and badder than those around him. Was that what being 'cool' was all about?

"Might call your parents," Bigby pointed out. "Think you can handle the consequence of that happening?"

"How do you slip out after roll call?" He's genuinely curious. Be careful, Bigby, this is a young, impressionable teenager. He just might imprint on you and start adopting your bad habits.

The brunette actually wasn't making fun of him at all. He'd somehow become pretty at ease around the other teen in just the few minutes they had been talking. Bigby seemed like the bad-boy rebel type, and that was what was cool to many.

Scott's smile slipped for a second. "Just me and my mom. She works late, so she probably won't get the call. But if she does, she'll probably ask if I got sick and if I was feeling better." And then Scott would feel bad lying to her and probably out himself through guilt, but still. He'd cross that bridge when he came to it.

"It's easy," Bigby said with a wide grin. "Ask to use the bathroom. Leave without taking the pass. Wait until the bell shifts and then never show up to your next class. Piece of cake. No one ever checks the stairwells."

It was such a simple way to get out of school that Bigby almost felt insulted. It really didn't take a criminal mastermind - any idiot could figure it out. When Scott mentions his mom, however, something changes in Bigby's face.

"Maybe you should go to class," he says abruptly. "Don't want your mom to get that sort of call."
