Who: Teenage Bigby Wolf (15) and YOU
Where: At the School Cultural Event, Class 1-3
When: Japanese High School AU Event (Saturday through Wednesday)
Rating: PG-13 for Bigby’s foul mouth
Summary: Bigby is a fifteen year-old rebel who is not into school shit whatsoever. On days he’s not in class, he can be found outside smoking and picking fights with whoever gives him the stink eye. Teenage Bigby will be played by bigbadwlf for the duration of the event.
The Story:



Bigby Wolf was swiftly working on ways of getting kicked out of school.

Not that he really cared. Fuck school. The entire place only stood in his way of proving himself. The only reason he was here at this high school was because of his rich father and fuck that prick. His six older brothers may have swallowed the Kool-Aid and bought into the dick’s lies and money but not Bigby. He couldn’t forget how the ass had left his mother all alone. He had been the only one who stayed and when she died, he vowed to never give his Father the satisfaction to see him cry. Because he was Big and he was Bad and he’d fight anything that walked in his way, just to show them who was the toughest son of a bitch around.

His class is 1-3 and there are few in there that he can tolerate but he mostly stays away, spending his time around the school. You can meet up with Bigby in different places throughout the week:

A) In the school yard, smoking and roughly avoiding anything and everything academic. Bigby will spend most of his time leading up to the school event here, probably hanging out with other degenerate kids. He has little control over his mouth or his fists so be prepared to have a barking Bigby in your face if he doesn’t like how you look at him or what you have to say.

B) The Kendo Club. Bigby doesn’t do organized sports but some of his mates practice swords after school so Bigby finds his way to the club eventually. Plus, there’s this girl… Well, the less said about her the better but he can’t stop thinking about her and he’s pretty sure other people are beginning to notice.

C) During the school event, Bigby will be hanging outside of the Onigiri area, probably munching on the riceballs he is supposed to be making. He’s trying to find some place to hide and he’ll probably make appearances through out the fair. Again, if anyone looks at him sideways, be prepared for a fight because Bigby punches first and asks questions later.

D) The Dance. Bigby is hanging out at the dance here. He is out with Mary Margaret but that's not to say he won't talk to anyone who drops by!

Enjoy the scrappy punk while he’s around. One of these days he’s going to end up on the wrong side of the law and he might not be around forever.

Bigby frowns. He really doesn't want to go into it about his father. There are plenty of reasons why he hates the son of a bitch but to say them out loud sounds too close to whining and Bigby hates that.

"Because he's an asshole," he snaps back. "Why do you hang around your Uncle so much?"

"He's taking care of me while my parents are overseas." Their relationship is more complex than that, but that's the simplest explanation. "You should probably hang out with him less."

[bigbadwlf]

"I would if he didn't jump each time my Dad called him," Bigby frowned. Actually, Souji's uncle really wasn't the problem. He usually cut Bigby a break but lately, those breaks were becoming harder to come by. Maybe he was wearing out his welcome.

"I don't know why they made me live with the prick in the first place," he grumbles, mostly to himself. Bigby is bitter about the fact that he had little control over his living arrangements. Once he's seventeen, he's going to be out of there. That's the plan.

Souji slides his hands into his pockets, considering. "Is that why you're going to a school with a dorm?"

[bigbadwlf]

"No, that's why my Dad stuck me here," Bigby replied, his voice dripping with anger and bitterness. "Gets me out of his way. All my brothers are working for him now and he hopes I'll get my act together and see the light. Fuck that."

"Doesn't it work out for you, though?" Souji's a bit impressed that Bigby is angry for his father for putting him here and angry at being here as well. That's a pretty impressive ability to just be angry all around.

[bigbadwlf]

"It's his money that keeps me here and if I leave he's waiting for me at home. He shoves me out and he keeps me on a fucking leash and I've just had it with him. The stupid ass can't pretend to care, not after what he did."

Bigby hits his fist against the side of the wall and pulls it back, not surprised to see he's split his knuckle. It wouldn't be a day if he didn't end up broken and bruised in some way.

"I don't want anything to do with him," Bigby says in a huff. "Being here or not being here, it doesn't matter."

Perhaps without Bigby realizing it, he's actually answered Souji's earlier question. Souji doesn't flinch when Bigby lashes out at the wall and he notices the small injury. It's probably time to steer the conversation toward a different topic.

"I can show you how to make onigiri for your class's stand, if you want. It might take your mind off of things if you helped out."

Bigby flexes his hand, staring down at his knuckles. He really needed to calm his ass down before he lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it, like Souji. The guy was only trying to help.

"Yeah, man," Bigby says with a shrug. "Gonna need to wash my hands but, sure, show me how onigiri's work."

"You should find a bandage while you're at it."

Souji gestures for him to walk toward the building with him.

Bigby glances down at his bleeding hand and shrugs. It hurt but sometimes the physical pain was far more preferable than emotional pain. At least he could deal with it.

"Yeah, maybe. I guess I'll head by the nurse."

"I'll go with you." At least then Souji can make sure he goes. "Then we can go to the home ec room. No one's in there right now."

Bigby wanted to tell Souji not to bother but, a little company right now was welcomed.

"Thanks, man," Bigby said with a smile.

Souji offers a small smile back as he gets the door into the building. Luckily, the infirmary is just inside, to the right of the shoe lockers. Sure it's next door to the staff room, but if they're careful, no one will notice them. Not that he's sure Bigby cares at all about not being seen.

When he slides open the door to the nurse's office, he can see right away that she isn't there. He knows where the antiseptic and bandages are, though, so he goes right in and rummages in a cabinet for them.

Bigby follows Souji into the office, sitting down on one of the little cots. He examines his knuckles, flexing them a bit to make sure he didn't break anything. Hitting the wall was a really stupid idea but it was better than it being someone's face.

"Are you sure you should be looking through that shit?" Bigby calls back to Souji. "Don't they notice when it goes missing? I didn't take you for the type to raid medicine cabinets."

Souji certainly appreciates that it was the wall than his face, anyway.

"I'll leave a note if I need to."

He comes back and gestures for Bigby to hold out his hand so he can splash antiseptic over his knuckles. He covers the split skin with a pad of gauze and tapes it in place.

"You are full of mysteries," Bigby noted as Souji carefully bandaged his hand. He closed his hand once the other boy was done, impressed with the skill. The most he could have done was just thrown on a few bandaids that would have fallen off halfway through the day. This was sure to last him.

"So, make it a habit of patching people up?" Bigby asked, curious.

"I have a cousin in grade school. I take care of her when I'm staying at home, so I've learned a few things." Souji speaks over his shoulder as he's putting the things he didn't use away. He turns back to Bigby, ready to head to the home ec room whenever he is.

"You don't know much about first aid? It seems like you would, since you get in a lot of fights."

Even if Bigby wins a lot of them, he's bound to get banged up along the way.

"I know how to put on a bandaid and to stop the bleeding," Bigby shrugged. "I don't mind a few scars. Scars are cool, aren't they?"

Besides, the more battered and bruised he looked, the more bad he seemed. Each cut was like a badge of honor and he wanted to appear the biggest and the baddest around. It was less about the fight and more about the image. Once people were scared of you, they stopped bothering you and you were pretty much left alone. That's all he wanted, wasn't it?

Bigby flexed his hand and nodded. "Better than I could have done. At least I won't bleed all over the food."

"Blood's not a very good seasoning." Souji's voice and face are deadpan when he says that, making it hard to know if he's joking.

He nods toward the door and heads over to get it open again. "I'm not sure if scars are that cool. I guess it depends on how you got it. And how well it healed."

Scars can make a guy look pretty scary in a bad way.

"It was a joke," Bigby pointed out, giving Souji a look before realizing he probably knew that. "Just checking to make sure you're not a vampire. You can never tell about a guy."

Bigby had enough scars on his body to know that they were only cool if you had a story and some you never showed to anyone. Not to mention the fact there were the scars that no one could see because they were invisible.

"I think I'll heal without a scar this time," Bigby said with a shrug. "Thanks, though."

Souji nodded slightly as he led the way back into the hall and headed for the stairs at the other end of the building; the home-ec room was up on the third floor.

"Maybe you'll get a cool cooking scar you can brag about. Onigiri are a dangerous snack."

Bigby couldn't help but laugh. The way Souji spoke made it difficult to tell whether he was being serious or joking half the time. He had to admire that about him - it always kept him guessing.

"I'll be sure to keep that in mind. Maybe I should be wearing some sort of armor."

"Aprons are pretty good protection." The armor of true champions.

On the third floor, Souji peeks into the home ec room to make sure it's empty before sliding the door open fully. He's surprised more students from Bigby's class aren't making use of it to prep for their stand, but it's probably in their favor that they're the only ones there.

He goes to the supply cabinets to get what they need and wishes that there was an actual rice cooker there. That would make things easier, but their instructors wanted them to know how to make rice the normal way. It wasn't that difficult, but the automation of a rice cooker did make things more efficient.

Bigby stands back and watches Souji work, impressed that he knew his way around the kitchen. Bigby's expertise was in instant noodles and coffee. If it didn't take five seconds, Bigby wasn't interested. Of course, he ate constantly so perhaps that explained his need for instant gratification.

He stares at the ingredients suspiciously. "I hope you don't expect me to know what to do with this stuff," he says, reaching out to poke at the bag of rice. "I can boil water - that's about it."
