Summary: Sei is making Subaru christmas his own way.

He had just finished the water in the tub, bubbles cascading over the side just a bit. Everything was arranged, petals on the bed, wine and dinner. Everything for his Subaru-kun, he thought affectionately. Subaru-kun was honestly the only reason he would come back, and why he had been brought back he didn't know; he was only thankful to have this chance once again. To have the man in his arms felt .. strange, but right. He was still confused by the feelings that Subaru drew out in him, but he knew whatever they really were he wanted to keep them as long as he could.

It was true that Subaru had been feeling more than a bit overwhelmed recently. The holidays, he had forgotten, but it wasn't merely the change of season that worried him so often.

After all, events were nothing without outside influences about you.

He had finished his third pack of cigarettes in two days, and the smell of burnt tobacco lingered around him like a thick cloud. The stress of adjusting was a little too much; then again, how was one supposed to adjust to a seemingly complete personality change in someone whom one knew for nearly a decade? Subaru reminded himself, though, that appearances weren't always as they seemed. Especially when it concerned Sakurazuka Seishirou.

And, certainly, Subaru was puzzled when he stepped into the bathroom as per Seishirou's request. The bathtub was filled to the brim with frothy bubbles that smelled oddly of something sweet... He had said that there was a surprise in here for him. That - a bathtub about to spill over - couldn't possibly be it...

... Was it?

He stared around, looking for other clues, and a small sigh escaped him. Something seemed a little off, and he didn't know what. And that was enough to frustrate him, if only slightly.

Seishirou walked up behind him, wrapping his hands around the younger man's waist. “Subaru-kun.” He said, his tone low against the other's ear as his lips ran over the side of the lobe. “Happy Christmas.”

Yes, the bath was for the younger man. It was made to relax him. The hands moved their way up the younger man's body, taking with him the long sleeve shirt that the boy was wearing. “Aren't you going to enjoy your bath ... koi?”

Seishirou's sudden advance was enough to make Subaru tense slightly. He cursed himself for allowing that to happen - after all, wouldn't he be used to this by now? He had known the man for nearly ten years, and he allowed Seishirou to sneak up on him. And the touching, the strange embrace... Subaru cursed himself mentally while it all happened.

Without much warning, Subaru pulled away from the other man, swatting away at that hand that now had his shirt. Maybe he was entirely too tense... and maybe he had been for a while now. He stepped away from Seishirou at a quick pace, shivering slightly. He could still feel the warmth on his ear... damnit.

Then again, he had allowed Seishirou to touch him so often now that he should have been used to it. "I can get in myself, Seishirou-san," he said with an icy tone as he stared right at Seishirou. The man stirred up so many complex, conflicting emotions...

He thought about pouting. It would have been entertaining to see the reaction that the younger man gave; instead he simply took the strides forward and started to undo the other man's pants. “Mmm, but I want you to not lift a finger.” A slightly crooked smirk crossed his lips. “I plan to do everything for my Subaru-kun tonight.” His voice was low and his eyes sparkled with a hidden teasing.

By the time the last words were out of his mouth the pants were unzipped and unbuttoned, his fingers sliding into the waistband of his undergarments and tugging down sharply, leaving him in, quite literally his own skin. The older man sank to his knees, moving Subaru's legs so as to remove the garments completely. “Now get into the bath before the water chills.” He simply glanced up from his squatted position, both working and ineffectual eye looking at the man through delicate looking lashes.

For a moment, Subaru was frozen on the spot. Not only was it that he was suddenly naked, but Seishirou was crouched there, staring up at him like... that. Subaru didn't even notice the warmth beginning to increase on his cheeks as they began to turn a soft pink. Had he not been in such a stunned state, he would have thought to kick Seishirou in the chin... whether or not he would have actually carried through, though...

Mentally he shook himself. He couldn't show Seishirou his vulnerability. He just couldn't afford that. Scowling a little, he stepped back and sank into the bathtub with a mild sloshing of water. He contemplated briefly just how long it would take to drown in the soapy water.

Seishirou smiled at the reaction that his actions elicited. Yes, he was very pleased. Grabbing the sponge he walked over, rolling up his sleeves. Yes, he was planning on washing every inch of the younger man's body. Kneeling down by the tub he dipped the sponge into the water, getting it nice and wet. “Is Subaru-kun enjoying his Christmas present?” He asked suggestively as he started to apply the sponge to his shoulder and let the watter run down the boy's chest.
