Summary: Catch-all post for Natasha touching base with the newly-returned people who got sucked to the Other Side
The Story:

With the sword handed over to the Queen of Hearts and the Mirrors now returning to their own side, Natasha's both a little relieved and more than a little worried about what this will mean for the returningReals who were trapped over there. The fact that she's one of the only few on her team that didn't end up transitioning over at some point is not lost on her, has her wondering why and for what purpose, but she suspect she knows all the same. Which is why she spends the immediate first few days once more combing the Manor, this time searching out her teammates and friends she knows were drawn to the Other Side and making sure they'd returned mostly unharmed.

And if she had to start composing apologies for what her Mirror might have done over there. At the very least, she wanted to know more, if they were willing to tell her.

"You do," she agrees, taking his plate so she can get rd of them, give him some more time to recuperate however he chooses. "When you do, you might want to stop by and check on Pepper and Darcy. They could probably benefit with a chat or two."

A not-so-subtle hint that she could help dealing with those particular two teammates, if he didn't mind. A doctor she was not. And observation could only get her so far, although she'd helped the best way she knew how.

He nods and gets up too, to walk her to the door, opening it for her since she's holding the plates right now. He'd offer to take care of them, alas the closets give them things but don't take them back. And he really doesn't feel like going to the kitchen just for this.

"I will," others too, if he happened to see them, but he'd seek out Darcy and Pepper at least. Darcy, because they had after all gotten her out of a particularly unpleasant situation back on the other side, and she hadn't seemed all that well to him, and Pepper because of what runs through her body now. It's a near miracle that she hadn't decimated the entire mirror side in a bout of fear and panic, honestly. "And I'll come see you later too."

She flashes him a smile when he walks her to the door. "I'll look forward to that," she informs him, then impulsively leans up to drop a quick kiss on his cheek before slipping out and sauntering towards the stairs.

And as a result he stands stupidly with the door open for about ten seconds while his brain somehow lags and loses the ability to process more than one thing at a time, then before he looks even more like an idiot to anyone else passing by, he just closes the door and goes back to bed, crawling his way back under the covers.
