[ What A Lovely Surprise; Thread-- INCOMPLETE ]
Who: Xemnas (
firstsilence), Xigbar(
shadowbullet) and Xaldin(
wind_of_despair)
Where Xemnas’ Room
When: Nighttime~
Rating: PG-13for now
Summary: Xaldin and Xigbar decided to crash a very whiny Nobody, yes?
the Story:
This was all Xaldin’s fault, really.
From the sound he makes on the air, the whining comes from the man's quarters. Shall we rendezvous outside and blast his door down in a twin effort to save the poor dear from his own brain?
- Xaldin
Once they enter, and Xemnas wanted to slice up someone orsomething ( well, technically nothing, but still. ), he could have the lancer. It was definitely all III’s fault, anyways, suggesting they should just go barge in through the doors and very much surprise their Superior, like old times sake (when they were still Somebodies; when they were still Xehanort, Braig and Dilan, that is ). It was festival time, anyways. Thank god he wasn’t wearing a fucking kimono, though, and just a regular yukata instead. Xigbar didn’t want other men hitting on him again, afterall.
He didn’t mind wearing his hair up, though, and using the broken pinwheel as a clip. Ah, the memories—so nostalgic. Sometimes he wished that they could all go out to the olden times of Japan, really, but the mansion didn’t let them leave, portal or not. It was a bitch, huh?
When they both reached Xemnas’ room, Xigbar decided that they should get straight to the point. He raised his foot and kicked the doorknob, very much forcing the door smashed down, and make an entrance.
“Hey there.” said Xigbar with a grin as he pointed behind him with his thumb, motioning that Xaldin came along. If Freeshooter were to die, he was going to take the one that lead him to death, of course. It would probably get lonely in Hell, anyways.

He was lost for words for a good few seconds, making a mental note to pay the pair of them back for this later -- and finally settled on just shaking his head and sighing.
"Do I get to ask to what or whom I owe my door being destroyed?" he chuckled, straightening up his yukata a little and just smirking at Xigbar. He couldn't exactly see Xaldin, but he knew the other was there. The door was the last thing on his mind, however; he took one look at what Xigbar was wearing and raised an eyebrow.
"Well, well. It's been a while since you could be coaxed into wearing anything anywhere near resembling a kimono, Xigbar. I almost wonder if Xaldin had to talk you into it."
He thought briefly, and then added, "You can come in, Xaldin. I don't bite." Too much.

No, the Dark Corridors didn't work. But there were other means of easy locomotion that did. His fingers squeezed Xemnas' hip, and he looked to the Freeshooter opposite. The yukata suited him, he thought, dark orange contrasting against the tan skin that was so hard to resist revealing and touching at any given time now.
'Thank you for the distraction, Xigbar. I think we might yet live through this.'
The pin-wheel in his friend's hair had been.. distracting. He'd not meant to break it back then, but most things done in the heat of passion were things impossible to undo. Then again: it was just a pin-wheel.

Freeshooter immediately locked the door—all locks, that is. He didn’t want anyone to disturb the three Nobodies, afterall. It was a meeting for the top three, and only them, to know. Xigbar would just have to shoot whoever decided to bust down the door with one bullet, straight towards their head. It would be a bloody mess in their Superior’s room, but then. Hey. Why not?
They were intruding, afterall.
“Distract?” He cocked his head to the side slightly, grinning towards the two as he walked towards them, intent on doing what III’s planned as of now. Ah, so nostalgic—only it was a vacation for two, though. Another person added? He didn’t mind if it was Xemnas—afterall, he was very much Xigbar’s boss.
“What t’do first..” muttered Xigbar mischievously before moving face-to-face with Xemnas, making the tip of his fingers touch the side of the Superior’s face, just because Xaldin got to squeeze and hold him. Xigbar planned to do other things, of course, but that would be later, “It’s gonna be fun, just so you know. Well, if the windy guy doesn’t kill me, that is.”

It was probably a wise choice, especially since the lancer had managed to shoot any argument he might have had right out of the air.
Admittedly, he was momentarily distracted by the door reassembling itself like a gigantic and oddly-shaped puzzle, but was also rather quite pleased with himself for having so many locks. Paranoia? Possibly. But it also meant he -- they -- couldn't be easily disturbed, and Xemnas wouldn't have it any other way.
"A little bitter?" he smirked at the kimono comment, secretly thinking that Xaldin or Xigbar could easily wear a kimono and look pretty damn good in one, but that sort of thing was... probably better kept to himself. He smiled a little at Xigbar's touch, and then just as quickly shot him a questioning look.
"Should I be scared now, or later?" he asked with a smirk, though both of the other Nobodies knew pretty well they could do whatever they liked and get away with it. They were his second and third in command, his friends back at the times of Radiant Garden, and despite Xaldin no longer being in the Organization... he trusted them both implicitly. It really didn't need to be said how much.
"I wouldn't dare question it," he murmured, tilting his head to the side a little and moving one hand to rest over Xigbar's, the other over Xaldin's. "And if the... 'windy guy' does kill you, well. It would be his loss, hm?"

Whatever the other two thought about the situation, his own plan had been for them to actually go out and indeed enjoy the welcome break in misery that the festival offered - supposing that it wasn't some elaborate trap of the Mansion's that'd turn into a bloody end. But if it were, it was one that he was willing to walk into - less than comfortable tabi and all - and he'd been bent on bringing the other two with him. Lord knew it had been a while since he'd tricked Braig that you were supposed to catch goldfish with your mouth, like apple bobbing, rather than with the fragile paper scoops. The snap and click of locks setting into place made it quite clear however that Xigbar seemed to have other plans, and he raised a thick, well groomed eyebrow at him in silent question.
Excitable indeed.
'I was actually about to ask if we should let the poor man put his shoes on before we went out, but it appears to me that you have something else on your mind..?'

Xigbar paused for a moment, hearing Xaldin’s excuse.
'I was actually about to ask if we should let the poor man put his shoes on before we went out, but it appears to me that you have something else on your mind..?'
.. Well, from the way things were going, Freeshooter couldn’t help but think otherwise. From the sudden appearance and arms that wrapped around his Superior’s waist, and the hand gestures he, himself, made towards the first. Oh, lovely, thought II, as he sighed for a moment. It wasn’t a total disappointment, but the festival sounded good. Well, if that’s what the other two wanted, Xigbar didn’t mind. That’s if—and, from what Xigbar’s instincts told him, it’s a maybe.
Gee, thanks, thought Xigbar.
“.. Eh, whatever you guys want.” said the sniper, not moving from his position first, ,but made sure that, at the tone of his voice, they would know he was a littledisappointed, to an extend of course. It was nice and warm, anyways, and the yukata was revealing enough for him to freeze in, unlike the kimono incident.

The slight disappointment in Xigbar's voice was easy enough to pick up on, and to be honest, Xemnas hadn't... too deeply considered what he had wanted to do with the evening. Of course, he certainly wanted to go to the festival at some point, even if it was just to watch the fireworks -- the idea of candy floss and yakisoba and, more simply, a chance to relax with the pair of them appealed greatly to him after all that had happened recently -- but... the first was admittedly also rather curious to see what the second had in mind.
He couldn't help but be rather amused, however, at the fact that the other two Nobodies seemingly hadn't exactly agreed on how their night was going to go before they'd decided to break down their Superior's door and save him from whining himself into a fourth death. Not that he minded; quite the contrary, in fact. Xemnas was more than happy to stay cuddled up in between the pair of them, even if for only a bit longer. "I don't mind either way; anything you two wish to do is fine with me," he offered, though he knew that wouldn't be particularly helpful to either of them.

'Worry not, anxious one, for the night is long, and we'll yet have time to return to this most comfortable position again.' With their faces so handily close to each other on Xemnas' shoulder, he pressed their lips firmly together. If for a tease, or a reassuring gesture he didn't knew, and he didn't care. Kisses were free to bestow, and he was a generous Nobody, just like he'd always been a generous person. And there had been a certain lack of it ever since they came to the Mansion: it was a concern he had firmly decided to address sooner rather than later.
Xigbar was such a kid. He made certain to shove the pouting bottom lip back where it belonged.
'There's nothing that prevents us from skipping the initial festivities, you know,' he muttered pulling away, mouth conveniently between both their ears to let his soft drawl be heard without any chance of misunderstanding. 'I'm certain no-one will miss us if we're a little late..'

Oh, how he remembered those damnable lips—the sniper loved the feeling of it; the feeling of the other’s lips pressing against his dry ones. Freeshooter knew what Xaldin meant, though, the moment they had that short kiss on their superior’s shoulder. It was either his usual “I don’t care but oh well” ones, or his “Here’s something for later” ones—basically, it was an apathetic kiss. Yes. Well, in a sense. If Xaldin was so apathetic, wouldn’t he just not kiss at all? Xigbar gave a small, goofy grin before deciding to give Xemnas a small one on the side of his lips, just like before.
If they were still home back in Radiant Garden, and if they still had hearts, Xigbar—rather, Braig, would have probably enjoyed the evening smoking a few sticks of cigarette’s, offering alcohol to his two friends. It was a pity that destiny took its toll on something else, making them Nobodies. They would have enjoyed the scenario more, no? The three were going to a festival, afterall.
“C’mon, I got the best shortcut.” said Xigbar as he grabbed both Xaldin’s hand and Xemnas’ tight enough so that they couldn’t escape. Well, it was just a safety precaution. Why? Because warping could fuck up, too. It only took a second to appear from the Superior’s room and into the place where the fireworks blew up in the sky, the games were played, the food were sold, and the celebration started.
“See?” Xigbar grinned at the both of them, pointing out that they definitely weren’t late for the festival.

The first thing that registered in his mind when Xigbar grabbed hold of his hand and teleported them from his room was not the surprising warmth of the other's hand -- that was a close second -- but the fact that in the end, he hadn't managed to put on any form of footwear, and the grass was surprisingly cold and damp under his bare feet. Nevertheless, he liked the sensation, and didn't even bother opening his mouth to complain.
"Indeed," Xemnas murmured, the slightest hint of a smile on his lips. They weren't late, after all. And even if they had been, the Nobody wouldn't have minded -- he was in the company of two of his close friends. Just as it had been back at Radiant Garden, when they'd been Xehanort and Braig and Dilan and still all had their hearts. Still had the capacity to love and feel and properly enjoy themselves.
That wasn't to say that the night wasn't going to be more than enjoyable, of course.
Despite liking being shoeless, it didn't stop Xemnas from unconsciously sticking close to the other two; whether for warmth or something else, he didn't know. And didn't particularly mind, either. He straightened out his yukata a little and tightened the obi, the silver dragon that decorated most of the material hidden quite a bit by the belt.
Looking over the festival briefly, Xemnas could spy a few stands that sold various types of food and alcohol, and off in the distance he could spot the fishing game that had been mentioned in passing by one of the mansion's younger residents.
"What... shall we do first, then?" he asked with a slightly mischievous smirk on his face, motioning to the festival that was sprawled out before them.
