My crown is called content, a crown that seldom kings enjoy [OTA]
Who: Tybalt and anyone who wants to come across him
Where: Wherever there's training dummies
When: October 30th
Rating: PG-13 because he's pissed.
Summary: So someone has had his mind messed with twice now. Tybalt is not happy and needs to destroy some shit.
The Story:
To borrow a mortal phrase, fuck this shit.
The first time, with the high school, could be ignored. It could easily be ignored. One time was a fluke. He wasn't prepared for it, had been caught off guard. After that though, Tybalt had been more or less on guard every time he saw one of the "locals" on the mirrors. Something was coming, and it might make him something he wasn't.
It didn't help. He'd been changed again, had his memories toyed with and replaced on a whim and oh, he was ready to kill something.
But he couldn't, not really. So instead he found a training room--the redhead, he'd known her as Natalie during the event, had mentioned something about training ages ago--and promptly set to work decimating training dummies. He was mostly human-looking right now, but his strength and speed weren't, if you knew what to look for.

Can I help you?
[His tone says "I don't want to help you but I have to be polite"]

What'd this thing ever do to you?
no subject
Be a convenient target. Hook?

[Dammit, the last week has been murder on him. He nearly slipped]
I swear, if another character from a children's book ends up being real...

[He shrugs]
Do you need something?

[Just saying.
And then he comments on the speed and strength and Tybalt tenses just slightly]
What about it?

[Hook tilts his head back, smirking a bit.]
Just curious, is all. It's not how most humans move.

[He eyes Hook]
We're in Wonderland with werewolves and demons and who knows what else, and you're curious about someone who's particularly fast?

[And what the hell do cats have to do with anything?]

She stands in the doorway as she watches the man move. When he finally takes a break, Kate gestures with with her bow towards some of the remaining dummies.
"Mind some company?"
no subject
"That depends on if you can shoot that bow and not hit me," he says instead. "Don't they have a shooting gallery or whatever?"
no subject
"Besides, the gym offers work out options the range doesn't," she continues as she pulls an arrow from her quiver and notches it against the bow string. Standing around twenty feet from the target, she closes one eye and aims. She draws back and lets the arrow fly. It easily hits the center of the target. "I plan on making use of some of the punching bags, too."
I am so sorry for him
"They still typically don't allow the use of weapons in a gym," Tybalt snipes back. "It's dangerous, after all. You might miss."
it's half the fun, isn't it?
The arrow flies, landing precisely next to the previous arrow in the target. She relaxes her stance and places her free hand on her hip, turning to look at him.
"You were saying?"
yes but XD
He starts to set up another dummy. "Why are you down here, anyway?"
no subject
"It's not like there's a lot to do around here," she responds as she goes to fetch her arrows. "Besides, you never know what Wonderland's going to throw at you next. It's good to keep skills in check."
