[He's made a mess of things, be it animal or inanimate object, perhaps there was a person at one time. No matter what, when whoever finds him first he's like a seething monster more than a man or Archangel. The humanity he faked so well is gone and he's left with just the need for blood and destruction. Approach with caution, he's likely to lash out at anyone that gets near enough, angel or human alike.
It's not that he's incapable of speech of course but he just has no patience to bother with it when he could be severing someone's head from their body. He's already covered in ichor, spattered with the blood of a few he's manages to take his anger out on. It felt good. He wanted more.
