Which might be obvious from the unhappy look on her face and the fact that she put her hand down, so there's no magical threat at the moment. She doesn't want Mary Margaret to be gone because the two of you are supposed to have a baby, and then she's supposed to take the baby, and then she's supposed to use the baby to travel back in time, and then Regina won't exist anymore.

She just stepped out for a week fairly recently, so she knows it happens. She just doesn't know if that's what's happening here.
