Open Bar Post for the duration of the event

Who: Anyone!
Where: The temporarily-relocated bar, now in a 1st floor tea room until the fifth floor becomes inhabitable again.
When: The duration of the event
Rating: ???
Summary: With the fifth floor being overrun by Silent Hill shenanigans and weird unfortunate afflictions, the bar staff has temporarily relocated to the first floor until they can return upstairs. Unfortunately, they're still cursed by the unfortunate truth-telling side effects. Drink and Tell at your own risk.

The Story:
The bar has weathered a lot of events in Wonderland, and will no doubt weather a lot more, but between the recent string of murders (Thanks, Dean Winchester) and the current vivid atmosphere on the fifth floor, everyone had agreed that finding somewhere a little less terrifying to get drunk was a requirement until things got sorted and back to normal.

Of course, moving locales doesn't seem to free them from the new geas of truth-telling that's seemed to invade anywhere in the mansion that nourishment is offered. That's not enough for them to close their doors, though. In fact, Simon's all for this, because he thinks it could provide some pretty amusing interesting revelations. And as he is the one most visible in the bar for the next few days, he could use some of that. Jo's still recovering from her attack and he might still be over-protectively fussing just a little.

He's his typical welcoming self to anyone who wanders in for some alcohol, however, always ready with a drink and likely some inappropriate humor. Delve into deep truths at your own risk, however.

"It's... the event, I think." Nothing else makes sense, after all. Certainly there are spells that could give him the ability, but he can't think of why he'd want that. "Apparently I'm not the only one affected."

"Not... conception." If that's what Simon's asking, though Killian looks embarrassed to even bring it up. "And not the pregnancy that followed. But aye, I recall birthing that child." He takes another swig of rum. "And I remember when that child was killed by the undead as well."

“Probably.” Killian shrugs a shoulder, glancing up at Simon with a raised eyebrow. “There’s not much that hasn’t attacked us at some point or another.”

"I... I have no bloody clue." He shakes his head. "Not sure the manor would make me remember something. It's usually more interested in the opposite effect. But he can't just... not exist."

Can he?

"I suppose that would make more sense than the alternative." The memories feel like his, but they also feel like they can't possibly be his. Why would he remember having a child? He is a man. "Maxine? And who's the other?"

"Suppose I'll have to search for her." He downs the rest of his beverage and stands up. He doesn't want to use the network for this, would rather not attract more attention than he has already. But if she's so easy to find, he'll hopefully be able to track her down. "Thanks for the help, mate."

Wow, that is so funny. So funny. You'll notice how much Killian is laughing in the glare he shoots over his shoulder as he leaves. But it is helpful advice. Some that will hopefully offer him his first solid lead on where those memories crawling about his mind belong. He can take a bad joke if it fixes his head.
