I'm afraid I can't explain myself | Open

Who: Isabela and YOU
Where: The mansion, the gardens, the beach, EVERYWHERE
When: March 2-March 6 (duration of the event)
Rating: PG-13? Probably
Summary: Winter is finally gone and someone is actually leaving the bar to explore the grounds without freezing to death in skimpy clothing.
The Story:

The stars falling from the sky had been...disconcerting. Isabela had studiously avoided them by sticking to the bar and ignoring the sound of the odd window breaking. Nothing worse than she had heard while drinking at the Hanged Man after all.

The thing that had really catches her attention is the change in the weather. It would have been strange if she hadn't seen it happen when Winter rolled in, but the snow disappearing and everything turning green was a pleasant surprise. It was the one thing that had her finally leaving the bar and venturing out onto the grounds, dagger strapped to her back because you just never know.

For the next few days she explores, tries to get the lay of the land now that it's now covered in snow and freezing outside. She wanders through the gardens which...are growing really rapidly. She wonders if that's a normal Wonderland thing. She wanders down to the beach and sits in the sand, enjoying the smell of salt water and the sea breeze on her face. No where is really off limits.

She notices the flowers and insects and the effects they seem to be having on people and she does her best to avoid them, she doesn't want to shrink or grow or...was someone turning into a plant? She's definitely avoiding the flowers. The fawn she stumbles across is cute though, and she tries her best to coax it out of hiding...

[OOC: At some point she's going to run into the Fawn and lose her memories. If you want to encounter her after that just let me know. Other than that feel free to run into her anywhere]

Oops. Not the thing to have said. Really not the thing to have said. How does he fix this?

"I don't know why he was killed, you'd have to tell me that." Maybe if he keeps talking quickly enough he can distract her from her dead husband. "He didn't live here because you haven't lived here forever. You're from-" Not Ferelden. Or Kirkwall. He's not sure where she was born. "A place called Thedas. That's where we met. In a brothel." Maybe that will distract her from the dead husband. It's worth a shot.
