Who: The kids of Wonderland! And NO GROWN-UPS!
Where: The outskirts of the woods
When: 5/20
Rating: PG probably
Summary: Time to grab a sleeping bag, ditch the grown-ups, grab some marshmallows, and throw an awesome camping party!
The Story:
[Early Friday morning anyone under 20 (or who appears under 20 since Dipper doesn't always know) will find a flyer shoved under their door. Dipper's been keeping track, and now he's putting that knowledge to use. There's going to be a camping trip. It's going to be awesome. And it's going to be 100% lacking in adult supervision.]

[The camping site has been prepared ahead of time, tents set up in a circle around a fire pit ringed with stones. There are bags of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for smores, plus various other snack foods and soda and and activities. And, of course, when it gets darker, there are ghost stories to be told. With the variety of worlds, some of them are even true. Good luck sleeping....]

Rose ][ OTA
She's here anyway, to at least check things out. Her hands stuffed into the deep pockets of her hoodie. A log by the fire pit claimed before anyone else comes along. From the looks of things, she's here for the smores and while they can be deceiving in most peoples cases? Not so much in Rose's.]

You're not here to enjoy yourself, are you? Cause that would go against your solemn vow to be angry forever and never have fun.

Arya | OTA, prose or brackets
She pokes the marshmallows uncertainly a couple of times before deciding they're food, then after trying one and liking it she shoves so many in her mouth that she looks like a hamster with stuffed cheeks.

Chara knows, of course, how sticky and chewy marshmallows are. How difficult it is to talk with your mouth full. How rude it is, how awkward and embarrassing it is. Naturally, that means they sit down not too far from her, smile brightly, and immediately begin talking to her. Purely because they figure it'll be funny to see what she does, no better reason than that.
"Arya Stark of Winterfell! Long time no see! Enjoying yourself?"

Sirius - OTA, any style
2. [Sirius likes to consider himself open to eating just about anything, but he has to admit he hadn't realized that the s'mores Dipper had mentioned were a sort of food. When someone cries out that they should make s'mores now and people start gathering sticks and marshmallows, Sirius leans to the person next to him and says.]
...So s'mores aren't a sort of fort?
[He'd been looking forward to fort-building, actually.]
3. [Being that he's a bit older than the others, Sirius does feel a bit like a prefect keeping things in line. Should anyone be doing something on the naughty side, Sirius is likely to notice it. Although this is mostly from his years of experience with naughtiness and he might just ask to join in on the fun.]
2.
[Don't look at them, they're new to this whole "being a kid without concerns" thing.]

The s'mores she'd just spent the last five minutes getting to the perfect level of melted goes flying through the air as she lays eyes on him. The brunette vaulting over the log she'd been sitting on and leveling Sirius with a look that's more frustration than fear.]

1. Pretty sure she doesn't know about his doggy side
She stoops down to give the big dog some big rubs over its head. And, because no one's nearby, she feels free enough to talk to it, too. "Hey, big guy. Who's a good dog?" She grins down at him. "Goooood dog."
it is ok he doesn't really tell people but he doesn't really hide it either haha

Selina | ota
Having selected herself a tent already and shoved her sleeping bag inside it, she sits off to the side of the campfire with a soda in hand. Her gaze flits occasionally from camper to camper, observing quietly. At least, until she finds herself watching someone seeming to struggle to cook marshmallows. ]
You don't really look like you know what you're doing. [ Have you ever even roasted a marshmallow before? ]

Like, not gonna lie, he totally accidentally breaks his tent later on, but he's just gonna wrap up like he's in a poncho and sleep that way anyway. It's spring, dudes, gotta take advantage of that good weather. ]

It's good, clean, relatively safe fun, is what it is. Proof that there doesn't need to be a crazy event going on for people to something interesting or fun together. They can just kick back and enjoy themselves. Maybe even make some new friends. Morty's totally down with that. As long as it doesn't turn into a 6-month stint living with primal forest people, anyway. ]

CAMPFIRE TALES, single thread, no turn order
So, who wants to hear a scary story?
no subject
This is mostly because there's no winning here. He'll get picked on if he says yes ("What, seriously? You want to hear a scary story?") and he'll get laughed at if he says no, soooo he might as well just leave the decision to someone else.]

They're crouched in front of the fire, feeding sticks and kindling into it to keep it smoldering for as long as possible, heating up the occasional marshmallow - as if the sugar alone would be enough to keep them awake through the night.

For Chloe, but open to anyone who bumps into them! (Just threadjack!)
For the moment, though, eveything is peaceful. Max concentrates on the sound of her feet rustling through grass and leaves, and on the light wind blowing in from the distant sea. She catches herself smiling.
Most of the time her gaze is focused on the area lit by her phone-light. Shadows dance amongst the trees as she waves the light slowly back and forth. But once in a while she glances back at Chloe, just to check that she's still there.
The mansions is far behind them by now. The campsite is closer, the orange glow of the dying fire still visible in the dark, but the sound of the others' voices has already faded away.
She glances back at Chloe again. She tries to think of something to say, to break the silence that's starting to become a little creepy.
ota catch all!
They better not mirror magic spy, either.
He bounces all over the place, mingling with people, eating more sugar than he probably should, and trying to think of the best, spookiest story he can think of. He may have cheated a little and checked out the book Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and memorized a couple. But at least they'll be good!]
