Summary: The ladies of Thedas finally get together for some much-needed girl time
The Story:

[ She'd contacted the other two women who'd come from Thedas, the other two remaining, despite dwindling numbers from their home world. They'd made a plan for that weekend, following a... very strange and transformative event.

This would be good. Good for all of them and for Robyn, particularly, who had lost a few too many friends in a short period of time.

The Warden knocks crisply at Isabela's door - the pirate had suggested her quarters for the sleepover and neither Robyn nor Bethany had had any issue with it. Oren the mabari isn't present, for once, and Robyn can only hope that he doesn't get into the same kind of trouble that he had when he'd nicked things from various rooms. ]

[ Isabela is smiling when she opens the door. Its a rare thing to have friends, especially female ones but she likes these women. Really she blames this all on Hawke. ]

[Bethany is on Robyn's heels, having dropped the pets off with her brother. She secretly hopes they give him a bit of trouble.

She'd been all too glad to accept Robyn's invitation -- although she didn't know the men who'd recently left from their world well, Brennan had been pleasant and kind -- it was a tragic loss regardless.

Bonding with the other women was something she'd been meaning to do regardless -- but she's here for Robyn's grief, first and foremost. There's a smile as she heads inside as well, glancing around.]

This is -- exactly as I was expecting it to be.

It is. [ Robyn agrees, smiling brightly in return as she and Bethany enter. She looks around, impressed, and then turns to Isabela. ] You really know how to bring a personal touch to things.

[ In the best way! Because this... is really neat. ]

How are you? [ She asks, glancing from the pirate to the mage. ] Both of you?

[ Isabela finds herself smiling as the women look around. ] Well if I can't have a ship at least I can feel like I still do.

Well. [ She glances over at Bethany and gives her a small smile. The last event had had them as- maybe not enemies but also not friends. ] Can't say I enjoyed that last event.

[Bethany rubs the back of her neck as Isabela glances to her and mentions the last event, wrinkling her own nose.]

It was -- certainly something.

[While she'd always known her own values didn't always line up with Isabela's, it had been a troubling reminder. This evening would be a nice way to put that behind them.]

I think we can all agree we're glad it's over. I'm sure there's plenty here to complain about, but there's always less during these normal periods. It helps us find our way back to ourselves.

Which we need. [ Robyn agrees, nodding faintly. She hadn't encountered the other two during their... transformations, but the 'event' still weighs on her in a strange and unfamiliar way. ] I always forget how easily the powers here can change our memories, but...

[ That had been a jarring reminder. Robyn shakes her head, huffing out a sigh. ]

Never mind all that. [ She's quick to say, admitting another smile. ] Tonight is for us to relax, not to dwell.

[ If possible... ]

[ Isabela smiles at that and gestures them over to the plush couch that sits in front of a fire place. There is a short coffee table in front of it laid out with some bottles of wine and the particular brand of whiskey that she has come to favor. There is also some foods the other women would recognize from home. Do not let it be said Isabela doesn't know how to entertain when she wants to. ]

Exactly, nothing but relaxing and catching up on Wonderland gossip.

[Bethany is more than eager to just forget about the oddness they'd experienced, particularly the part about her ability to summon unspeakable horrors. She'd actually made sure it wasn't something her magic was able to do shortly after the event had ended, in secret.

She nods, moving to the table to pick up an appetizing slice of thick, hearty bread before dropping onto one of the corner cushions of the couch.]

Indeed -- although you know your gossip is always much better than mine, so we might as well start with yours.

[ Wary of the alcohol after her winter hangover, Robyn also picks up a slice of bread, taking a spot of her own on the couch. ]

I agree with Bethany. [ She says firmly. ] You've got to have better gossip than I do.

[ The amount of gossip that she has is exactly none. ]

At least to start? [ The Warden admits a sheepish smile. ]

[ Isabela poured herself a drink before sinking down onto the couch. She quirked her eyebrow at her friends. ]

I'm not sure theres any good gossip to be had right now. Not in the aftermath of that event.

[ She turns her gaze towards Bethany. ] So how goes your brother's efforts to woe Commander Cullen?
