Summary: Mettaton treats Wonderland to his second performance on All Hallow’s Eve!
The Story:

As Mettaton advertised a couple of days ago, on the day of Halloween, Wonderland is covered in black and orange posters. They are decorated with appropriately spooky pictures, though all of them promote the MTT brand in some way. The information found on them is as follows:

IT’S HALLOWEEN MY DEAR WONDERLANDIANS, AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! IT’S TIME FOR ALL SPOOKY CREATURES AND MONSTERS TO BE OUT ON THE PROWL! AS YOUR RESIDENT ROBOTIC HEARTTHROB, I HAVE BROUGHT YOU THE BLESSING OF MY SECOND WONDERLAND PERFORMANCE!

FROM 8PM TO MIDNIGHT, WITH A BRIEF INTERMISSION IN BETWEEN, THE PERFORMING ARTS THEATER WILL BE DECKED OUT IN HAUNTING ATTIRE FITTING THE OCCASION! COME CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN IN A TRULY “MONSTOROUS” WAY!
THE PERFORMANCE WILL BE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, RINGING IN THE WITCHING HOUR WITH DANCE AND SONG! COSTUMES ENCOURAGED, THOUGH BE CAREFUL DEARS; IT SEEMS WONDERLAND IS UP TO ITS USUAL TRICKS!

FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE PROVIDED, THOUGH I CAN’T PROMISE IT IS ANY SAFER THAN WHAT YOU CAN GET RIGHT NOW!

When 8pm rolls around, anyone who is here will see black and orange garlands decorating the walls, bats hanging from the ceiling, and jack-o-lanterns lining the walls that are carved with the letters MTT and other stylized symbols representing Mettaton.

There are no chairs this time around, except for a few lines of them farther away from the stage, leaving ample room for anyone who wishes to dance to the music. Off to the side of the dance floor are tables filled with various snacks, drinks, and candy for anyone to partake. Once again there is an entire section of the table labeled “Ghost Food” with the incorporeal food laid out artfully on plates.

The night promises to be good to all who wish to attend!

[As a man who has driven at least two people he once cared about to end it all, that's just as bad.]

That is a huge blessing. I couldn't imagine how disastrous the performance would have been if Wonderland interfered.

[Dorian feels a little silly, referring to this world as a living being. Is it really Wonderland's intention to be so disrupting, or is the raw chaos to blame?]

[Mettaton has long suspected that Wonderland had a mind of its own. Other than the Residents, the magic of the Mansion had always breathed differently than anything else. It also helped that it felt like he and the world have had multiple "conversations" in the past, whether it was because of him creating things through its help, or the time it literally told him to stop.

He finds himself treating it like its own entity and in turn, it seems to be especially eager to give into his whims for possessions. He'll take what he can get.]

If you'd like, I'd welcome it! Usually I would ask Napstablook to help out, but seeing as they are a pumpkin right now, I'm a few nubs short.

[He glances over at the pumpkin on the DJ booth, and studies it from a distance... Hey, he knows that face.]

... You mean the ghost?

[They were a nice ghost, if not a skittish one. That's what Dorian knew, anyway.]

Yes! They're half the talent that was on stage tonight. They don't like being center stage all that often.

They were really good tonight, despite the missing limbs.

[He grins and nods at the pumpkin.] Nice work tonight, Napstablook!

Weren't they? Not even Wonderland's tricks can stop them from excelling at everything they do.

[He beams from ear to ear, his teeth also pointed like his current companion's teeth.]

Who knew a ghost could be so determined? [Said without any clue of what Monsters consider Determination to be.] I'm happy we got to hear him play, in spite of his pumpkin form.

[Determined, huh? Unfortunately, he'd consider Napstablook to be the least likely canidate to have such a power, but he understands where Dorian comes from. Though, a slight correction is in order.]

Oh yes, it is a real treat to hear their music. Though, you got your pronouns wrong, dear. They go by they/them. No he's or she's with Blooky!

Oh, do forgive me. The only sorts of people that use the pronoun in my world are large groups, mysterious fellows, and businesses large enough to represent themselves in person.

[He turns back to the general mess of the stage.]
