[open] We have a method for spies and intruders...
Who: Mirror!Zack aka Issac and YOU!
Where: Mirrorside
When: From May 14th to May 20th
Rating: PG13 due to kidnapping trauma, violent thoughts, religious undertones, and potential swearing. Will raise rating if necessary.
Summary: Issac sticks around on the Mirrorside, setting up traps for the stray Real things.
The Story:
[It all happened so fast. Issac remembers he was elsewhere, trying to reconcile with his adoptive father, before he was pulled into this strange land and told he wasn't real. That was a week ago, and now the Queen of this land is telling everyone to invade, attack, and steal, and he's not sure what's going on and why he's compelled to help.]
[He decides to stay on the mirrorside for now, since he did figure out a way he could punish the sinners...]
OPTION A: Ropes
[Issac usually prefers death traps to catch and release, but he assumes this queen wants the Reals alive. After all, it would be no good if the Mirrors don't have a way to return, would it? At the very least, he knows how to adapt to these situations.]
[He has lined the halls with snares and leghold traps, both metal and made of wire. Once the mark sets foot in one, they will find their leg caught between the iron jaws of a mechanism, or perhaps hanging off the ceiling by one foot. The force shouldn't be enough to tear a person's foot off, but some might find the trap to be a little too tight for comfort.]
[Doesn't matter. Unless you figure out how to escape, Issac's going to find you...]
OPTION B: Nets
[Near the middle of the week, Issac realizes his snares might not be enough to catch Reals who can fly, or perhaps those who know better. Plan B: Among the snares, he has planted taut fishing wire for Reals to trip over. When they do, the trap is activated, and within seconds they will be scooped up by a large net cleverly hidden from view. Have fun trying to cut through them. The nets seem to be made of metal as well...]
OPTION C: Cages
[Ah, here's another one. Issac walks up to his unfortunate victim with a gentle smile on his lips. His bandaged face and the rosary around his neck are the last things the victim sees before Issac slips a bag over their head. The victim will find they are able to breathe through it, but they can't see anything. This is for Issac's benefit, mostly. He figures he won't be as likely to kill people if he can't see their emotions.]
[The victim is carted off to the mirrorside's Chapel, where Issac has set up a holding pen for other unfortunate Reals he has captured. Here the victim will stay until their Mirror returns from the real side,
safely tucked away somewhere so that they won't cause trouble. Cry, scream, beg all you want. It won't help you escape.]
[However, he might have accidentally captured a fellow mirror or two, and he might let them go if he realizes his mistake. Perhaps some more crafty reals might be able to take advantage of this...]

[Let me know if you need a prompt or anything! My plurk is
nyanka.]

I take it this net is yours? I have a complaint about these wires.
[He watches the kid, taking in as many details as he can.]
no subject
[He seems to be enjoying Kay's misfortune.]
What's that, you don't care for them?
Well, that's too bad. I chose wires over rope so that people don't get any crazy ideas about cutting themselves out of it.
[There's a black bag in the man's hand, it looks large enough to stick a man's head into...]
no subject
You coulda chosen more comfortable wires.
[He grimaces when he catches sight of the bag. It isn't difficult to imagine what that will be for. Although... maybe that could open up a chance to escape?]
no subject
[He smiles ever so gently as he lands one hard punch to the side of Kay's head. Lights out!]
[When Kay comes to, he won't be able to see where he is. His weapons have been confiscated, and if he feels his face he will find that the bag that man was holding has been secured over his head. Thankfully, it's a breathable material...]
no subject
[He mentally swears to himself when he realizes the familiar weight of his gun is missing. And the lightsaber, which could have been useful here, is gone as well.]
[His hands grasp at the bag, seeking out whatever is keeping it on his head. At the same time, he listens for the man who put it on him.]
no subject
Ah, you're up.
I'm sorry this had to happen to you, sir, but the Queen ordered us to make sure you pesky Reals didn't break anything while you were here.
[He speaks gently, but he doesn't sound guilty at all.]
This is the most humane method I could come up with. Don't worry, you should be free when your Mirror returns.
no subject
What are you planning on doing with me?
[There's no way the other man is going to stand around guarding Kay after all.]
no subject
However, if you try to escape...
[He calmly grins at his captive. With the bag removed, Kay can clearly see Isaac is armed... With a scythe of all things.]
... Oh, and I'd try not to smile too much if you're not going to put that back over your head. I have a bit of a problem with that, you see.
[He calmly states in a threatening tone.]
no subject
Ah. And I don't suppose I'll get that metal cylinder [The lightsaber Kay had been carrying with him.] back. I don't want to lose it.
no subject
[He steps back and shows Kay the weapon he confiscated, holding it just out of Kay's reach.]
[The Queen could use this item, that he was sure.]
You were foolish to bring it here.
no subject
[Kay can always build another one, but he'd prefer it if the Mirror's didn't start using it as a weapon.] I'd ask for the gun, too, but I doubt you'll hand that over.
no subject
[The captive really thinks he would?]
Forgive me, sir. I'm afraid you're not getting either of these back.
Feel free to ignore this.
