(OTA) When it rains it snows
Who: Peridot, Lapis, and you!
Where: Out in the snow
When: Snow time like the present
Rating: Don't see why this would go above PG
Summary: snow sculptures snow sculptures snow sculptures snow scu
Well, winter Wonderland, are you enjoying the snow? It looks like your local gay space rock population is. To wit, one corner of the resort has become a gradually-expanding snow-sculpture garden as Peridot and Lapis practice theirartistry meep-morpistry in a new medium. Since they don't get cold or even need to come in for dinner, they're free to get carried away!
Most of the sculptures are awkward, lumpy shapes that started out meant to look like things but embraced abstraction out of pragmaticism and/or sour grapes. You may be able to guess that these are Peridot's by the fact that one of them has her hairdo. Less common are simple shapes and swirls, smoothly formed except for the ones that broke under their own weight and were left in ruins. Also, one massive, perfectly rendered statue of a nose. Don't ask whose.
Someone could feasibly wander into this strange realm without even sighting the girls right away. Or join in, of course. On the other hand, with the wars raging around, one might see an opportunity to throw some snow and wreak some havoc. Whatever the case, the important thing is they're having fun, right?
((Both Peridot and Lapis are available for this post, together or individually! Please specify if you want one or the other.))

"But we-" and she's careful to include Lapis in that, "-have been working on improving Wonderland's grounds. It's a work in progress. You can't rush feelings."
whoooooops this one slipped by me, sorry

...She looks over at Lapis. "...Presumably."
Newt's cheerfulness would be a point in the no column if not for the fact that people being gleeful about wanton destruction is unbearably common among some gems.

When all else fails, Peridot can always be here to throw shade at her Mirror, because her Mirror once beat her up.

Additionally, it's right next to Peridot and a fair amount of snow is dumped on her in the process. What an unfortunate coincidence for her.
The result is the stylized and simple, if finely-hewn, figure of an oversized human holding a knife in an extremely generic stabbing pose. "We could always make a murder mystery," Lapis says placidly.

It wasn't a comforting though to have, and he hates thinking it of those he's become friends with.
"Oh Yikes! Are you okay?" Moving a bit closer, worrying for Peridot and the snow she's coping with. Though his gaze goes to the form made, blinking at it. How easy it seems for her.
"WE could, though I hope we mean in the sense of a story and not actually killing people."

She emerges from the snowdrift, shaking her head to loose snow from her triangle shaped hair. She's fine. She's just now focused on the snow-murderer. "Well, of course we mean telling a story! Look at it! It's not like it can really kill anyone."

"Oh well, yes. Of course. It's a fairly brilliant idea. If its how I consider it. Sort of like a play then?" He hasn't experienced the idea of a murder mystery, after all. Except wherein people were actually, sadly, possibly, murdered.

"A play?" That sounds as ridiculous as art.
