Summary: Attackers from other realms threaten the Asgardian palace and your very lives! This is where you fight or flee, the place for all your combat mingle needs.
The Story:

+ Day 3 : Rock Trolls and Ogres +



Rock Trolls and Ogres are strong, tough and surprisingly fast, with great muscular bulk. Their sight is keen, and they hunger for human flesh. Fortunately they are lacking in tactical skill, and few to none will manage to break through Asgard's protective barrier to enter the palace. ( x ) ( x )

+ Day 4 : Frost Giants +



The Forst Giants will scare off yesterday's attackers almost entirely, bringing a greater threat to the palace. They are faster and stronger still, and skilled in cryokinesis. One touch by their hand might freeze a warrior whole, if they don't stop the spread of cold on time. Several of their numbers will manage to break through Asgard's protective barrier to enter the palace. ( x )

+ Day 5 : Dark Elves +



The Dark Elves are the last and greatest threat to Asgard. They rely on stealth and deadly energy weapons, their strength and craftiness yet unparalleled. They are weak to iron, and any warrior would be lucky to discover this weakness on time. They infiltrate the palace from the caves, and nearly all of their numbers will attack from the inside. ( x )

( wow, that's fricken rude, damian. and here he was, thinking damian actually cherished his friendship, but.

of course, he had to go and spoil the whole thing. jon's lips twist down into a frown, brows furrowed in obvious displeasure, but. this is kind of more important, isn't it. and it's not like he actually thinks they're close friends, anyway!! maybe partners. just for here. he'd rather have a partner than be by himself and damian's. . the only one here from where they come from, right? )

Yeah, okay. Sounds fair. And if you ask me, I'll say "Batman."

Tt, that should be everyone's answer but I understand your loyalty to your father. [Damian shrugs.] But maybe something a little more obscure?

Supergirl? Lark? ...Captain Marvel? I don't think he's anyone's favorite. [He certainly got on Damian's nerves...but so did every other hero that wasn't Batman or Nightwing.]

( is damian saying superman isn't the best superhero. jon can agree that batman and superman both have their strengths and weaknesses, but saying batman is definitely the best--he's gonna let it go, because the last thing he wants to do right now is start anything. not when they've already started and finished stuff like four times in the last couple hours. )

Captain Marvel is awesome. How about Nightwing?

[Did he jus--Oh, no he did not imply Nightwing was--Nightwing is-- YOU BITE YOUR TONGUE RIGHT THROUGH, KENT!]

What could you possibly have against Nightwing!? Nightwing is second only to Batman in adequate superheroing and far too loved to be considered obscure!

[He growled at him.] Pick someone else.

( damian's so picky. okay, though, he takes a moment to actually think this through. . who would be a good supehero to say is his favorite, even if they're not actually his favorite? this secret passcode stuff is hard work. )

Batgirl?

[I mean, Damian didn't love Batgirl either but why was Kent picking on his family!?]

Well, now you're just being petty.

[He gives Jon a deadpan look. He knows what you're doing. Smile all you want, but he's onto you.]

Fine, but then I'm changing mine to Supergirl.

[He grunts and folds his arms.]

( it's not picking on! he doesn't dislike any of them, he's just trying to think of someone he wouldn't name as his favorite, since that's what damian was doing, right? )

I'm not being petty, I just normally wouldn't say Batgirl if someone asked me who my favorite was, you know? I mean. . ( you know what, this is fine. he's not gong to argue with damian about it. ) Okay. So you say Supergirl, and I'll say Batgirl.

[Damian narrowed his eyes at Jon's back peddling. Oh, trying to play innocent now. Your wide-eyed looks don't fool him, Hickville.]

No,-- [He points in the boy's face, just barely touching his nose.] I'm keeping it "Red Robin". I will not play your games Kent.

[He turns sharply and leaves the closet.]

( damian is such a damian. sheesh. he doesn't really get it, but he's also kind of glad he doesn't really get it. it's a lot easier to just. not. isn't it? he rolls his eyes, but lets it go. he's tired of fighting, really. )

I'm not playing any games. ( but he still follows after damian. )

[Damian narrows his eyes, considering slamming the door behind right in Kent's stupi-- but has a last minute change of heart, his shoulders slacking a bit as he forces the tension that built, back out of him.]

Tt, good, you're a sore loser at games anyway. [He picks up the backpack he had the closet make him and pauses before pointing to the wall. A mirror hanging on it once again.]

Your mirror's back. [He told you they come back quick.] Good night Kent, and again, welcome to Wonderland.

[He put his fist through the mirror to break it and heads out the door.]
