Summary: As the Gryphon announced, there is an event. Everyone is now living as if one regret they formerly had no longer exists.

[Seth glances up at Louis, grinning as he sees him. He's so glad that Clem has someone in her life to make things better here, someone that understands all that she's been through.

Laughing at that comment, running his fingers through his hair, brushing it back though it easily falls back over his brow. ]

It never wants to stay in place. My mom used to give me shit about it when I was a teenager.

[teamfun]

[Interesting.]

Well, you gotta do you, right? Fuck whatever anyone else says. And here's me thinking you really loved the mobster look.

The... [Seth laughs again, shaking his head.] Not the first I've been called that but just because I make a large fortune out of small fortunes doesn't make me a criminal.

[teamfun]

[Louis wonders if this is the event. It made Clem... well fucking eight again, and Seth is blatantly Not Himself. Trying to work out what the fuck an event was about was as shitty as being affected by one. ]

Right. Sorry, my bad. You know what they say about assumptions. Anyway...uh. Feeling okay?

[screwedontight]

[He waves a hand, dismissive about it because really to him it's nothing.]

Just messing with you. Promise.

And not too bad. Chloe seems a bit off. [He sighs, shaking his head. ] I worry about her since Lucifer left.

Chloe? I don't think I met her. But I'm sorry, it sucks when you got a friend feeling low. I find just giving them someone to talk to helps?

[A pause.]

Okay no I have to ask. Is Lucifer like...a nickname or? Because this place could really mean the or part.

[screwedontight]

[And that's a question that makes Seth smile, shaking his head. He's gotten it before, a thing he accepted early. From the moment he had seen a hint of Lucifer's real eyes the day Seth had been forced to kill Chloe because of zombies.]

Lucifer Morningstar. Satan in the flesh. Or he was. Deux Lux? The bar? It's his.

So what you're telling me is that the Devil was here and he decided to run a bar?

Yep. Ran one in L.A. too. [Seth pauses, thinking about when he was here.] Better guy than a lot I know. We shared a few things, mostly in caring about the same person.

Yeah? I mean...that still sounds pretty weird. The Devil being real and all, but I guess it makes some kind of weird sense? Wonderland can bring anyone here.

And he was an okay guy?

Lucifer was less weird to me than some they've brought here. Both the person he was and some of the weird things I've seen here. He's not a talking cat, after all.

Well dressed and friendly, and he played the piano and sang.

[teamfun]

The talking animals are all pretty weird, I'll give you that.

Huh. I might've actually liked him, those are my favourite things right there. And here's me thinking he'd play the fiddle. I guess that song lied to us.

[Seth goes wide eyed a minute.]

Sonofabitch. I never asked him if he could play, and if that was real. Was fuck. Wonder if Chloe ever asked him.

Maybe? I mean, if I met the Literal Devil I know that's the first thing I'd ask him.

[But Louis tends to think about ten feet outside of the box at all times so that's nothing new there, really. ]
