Summary: As the Gryphon announced, there is an event. Everyone is now living as if one regret they formerly had no longer exists.

Every museum in the world? Now you're talkin, Mr. Fancy-Steven. ( Yep, Clementine remembers him even if this Event is clearly messing with some people. Michonne was walking around without a katana!!

But in that case, it'll cost ya... 8 bazillion dollars.

[jamminshield]

Hey, you know my name! [He breaks character briefly to say that. ...But then he remembers his character which is more important right now. He puffs out his chest and then remarks properly to her words, with a startled gasp.]

8 bazillion dollars?!?! Oh, I wish I had a monocle on me that could drop in surprise at that amount! You drive a hard bargain... Really Good Artist Person!

[icklewaitin]

( Clementine laughs at his reaction. It is what she was hoping for. )

You are only a Really Good Artist Person if you charge 8 bazillion dollars. Obviously. ( But she smirks. ) It's Clementine, the artist! I have to learn how to sign my name.

[jamminshield]

Oh, Clementine! [That's when it clicks. She's that nice girl he met a few months ago! In those... less than nice circumstances. Well, at least now things are much more pleasant.] I didn't recognize you for a second there. Did you get a haircut? [He says with a smile, as if that's really the only thing different about her.]

Man, you really know the art game. Hey, do you need help learning how to sign your name?

[icklewaitin]

( Clementine smirks at him like pfft haircut, what. ) Nope! But I am covered in paint so maybe that's why. It's like camo- cam. camouflage!

( She nods though very seriously. She can write her name just fine but like an actual autograph/signature? No way. It always looks pretty difficult. )

Yeah, could you teach me?

[jamminshield]

Ooh, that must be it. You're like a regular secret agent, Clementine! [He says with a thumbs up.

And then he nods.]

Of course, I'd be happy to teach you! Could I borrow some chalk?

[icklewaitin]

It's fun to be a secret agent. Gotta solve the mysteries and find the clues!

( Clementine reaches over to pick up some chalk from the pile and then hold out one end to him.

She gives him a smile and then leans in to watch very, very carefully. )

[jamminshield]

Exactly! [He chimes with starry eyes.] Secret agenting is so fun!

[He accepts the chalk and then lifts it towards a blank part of the wall.]

Okay, so... "Clementine"... That's a long one! I don't blame you for having trouble. But really, it's like writing your name and making it loopier! [With some dramatic, sweeping strokes, he starts to write her name in cursive!]

( Clementine leans in, tilting her head to the side, as she gets all thoughtful like. )

It's like 10 whole letters. That's more than all the other kids in my class had. Writing my name but loopie- Ohhhhhhh. ( She stares like this is the most amazing thing she's ever seen. Totally transfixed. ) Wow! That was amazing!

[jamminshield]

[Steven chuckles and spreads his arms to present her fully signed name.]

See? That doesn't look so hard, does it? [After a beat, he adds:] But you know, if you're signing art... there's also a way that's even easier!

[icklewaitin]

You made it look beautiful!

( And it did look easy when he tried it. She's got her thinking face on as she stares between the chalk in her own hand and the signature he made, but she's curious. )

What way is that?

[jamminshield]

It helps that you have such a nice name to start with! [Steven will relentlessly flatter all of his friends. He watches her.]

Well, y'know, when artists sign their things, they don't always sign their full name. Sometimes it's their initials. Or they make a bunch of squiggles and that you can't tell are actually supposed to be letters or not, but everyone just assumes that they are and that it's artistic! It's still nice to learn how to sign your name. But at the end of the day? There's no wrong answers.

[icklewaitin]

Oh.

So I don't have to sign my name, I can just sign whatever I want? Cool. I'l have to practice until I find something I like. ( she starts making scribbles, big ones, small ones, some with flowers in them ) ...what's your signature? Do you have a special one?

[jamminshield]

[Steven smiles warmly as he watches her scribbling away.]

That's the spirit! As for my signature, it's a little something like this...! [He just scrawls his first name on the wall and surrounds it with stars.]

( Clementine smiles as she watches Steven scrawl his name out. She leans in close, and the smile widens. )

I love the stars! It looks amazing!

[jamminshield]

Aw, thanks! [He beams at her, and then he glances down to indicate the star on his shirt.] They really help me get star-ted!

[icklewaitin]

( Clementine laughs when he indicates the star on his shirt and says star-ted. )

You're funny! Thanks for showing me how to do this.
