[Wendy isn't sure what to make of any of this. Not of how she looks, all big round head and odd round eyes though the way her hair falls over her eyes is fantastic to her.

Not that she has much time to think about it, watching everything unfold in a life for Kokichi that she's always known wasn't easy for him. Not just from the little things he's mentioned in their time as friends and family but this is beyond anything she's thought of, and hating he's just returned form this place and had to go through so much more of it.

She takes a step closer to him, hesitant.]

Kokichi? Are you... [She shakes her head, not asking that stupid question.]

[Yup. This is definitely Hell, digitized and rendered in a cutesy art style.

Not the place Kokichi wants anyone who knows him to see, especially not people he trusts. Hearing her voice caught him completely off gaurd.]

W-Wendy? [The name spills out of his mouth, without even thinking of it. This may seem a bit weird to Wendy, but in Japan going by a first name basis is usually reserved for lovers, close friends... And younger siblings.]

[Glancing around, trying to figure out where this is, and what Wonderland is up to as she moves closer to him. Finally her gaze meets his, and she shakes her head.]

I don't know. Where is this? How is this?

[Nothing seems right, and that's without what all she's just seen.]

Is this your home? Well... from your home?

[... Oh hell. He better explain before the killer cum dumpster starts her spiel or something.]

If you mean "from the hellhole you were trapped in," then yeah.

[He groans, stepping closer to her with a semi-resigned look in his eyes. Or maybe he's just tired. Hard to tell with the limited expressions.]

You know what VR is? This whole area we're in right now is the Neo World Program, a VR thingy we found in the computer room on the fourth floor. That blonde bitch in the pink rigged it so she could kill me here and make it look like I was poisoned in real life... I bet you saw how that worked out.

[Wendy winces because while it's from his home, it isn't his home and she is so glad for that though it doesn't make any of this easier.

She nods though at the question about AR but only starts to frown as he goes on.]

[She shakes her head.]

How can it... [She knows that's not how all worlds work, and killing him in one could work in another.] They were only protecting you. She was trying to kill you.

[And that should make it all okay.]

Gonta's a he. [Just a quick correction since it's hard to tell when everyone is chibitized.]

And Monokuma didn't care. That's his game- he pushes us to kill, and when someone dies we have to figure out who did it or else. Didn't matter why you did it, he'll kill you for it anyway...

[He seems like he's grimacing.] You do not wanna know the details on that.

Wait, wait. They push you to kill, and even if it's self defense or something it's all about them finding out you did it?

[She is just stunned by this, trying to make sense of it all.]

And what do you mean or else? And what if you find out who did it?

[ Wendy considers that he's pausing, asking, and after a time she finally nods. ]

I do. I want to know. This is your life, and if you would tell me? I want to know.

[. . . He's cornered by someone he considers family.]

If the culprit is caught, they die. If the culprit gets away, everyone else dies.

It's as dumb as it sounds.

[ She winces, shaking her head. ]
