[incomplete; rescue]

Who: Nagi, Schuldig, and Alice?
Where 4th floorish area. The courtyard makes a cameo.
When: Almost directly after this post.
Rating: PGish? So far. May be updated.
Summary: Nagi's enlisted the help of Schuldig to help him find Alice.
the Story:
The search for Nagi's newfound friend was significantly shorter than he had anticipated. His parade through the mansion earlier left him confident that there was no way in or out of the building, and he'd been somewhat confused over how Alice had managed to get himself out, but investigation of the other floors of the building shed a little light on the subject. There, on the fourth floor, was an open view to the outside.

Nagi immediately rushed to the opening and gazed down into the courtyard, his eyes widening in complete shock as the figure of his friend came into view.

"Schuldig, I'm going to need you to carry him, or radio for a healer. If you hear anything," obviously referring to his telepathy, "you need to let me know." That said and done with, he turned his attention back to Alice. "ALICE?" He screamed down to him, "Alice? Hold on!" After ensuring his footing on the uneven floor was adequate, Nagi began to focus his energy on Alice, concentrating his power into a single force. It took somewhat longer than he'd intended, but he eventually began to carefully lift the boy with his telekinesis and lowered him onto the floor in the room.

Schuldig nodded, wincing a little as the boy began to shout. So emotional! He supposed that was better than stoic Nagi, but it was making his brain hurt. He shook his head quickly, putting a hand to his temple as he sauntered out into the hall again. There needed to be SOME degree of privacy if he were to radio for help.

"JESUS, Nagi. Keep it down!" Schuldig grunted as he disappeared into the hallway. A beep from the corridor signaled the start of his transmission...

Alice didn't have any idea how much time had passed since he had fallen, but it was enough to soak his white jacket to red. During his conversation with Nagi, he had grown tired, too tired to even talk. Even his huge gash wound on his chest that had hurt so much at first was now numbing. Was this called dying? Was this what his sister felt when she was dying? Alice wasn't sure, he was too tired to care.

He thought he had heard a voice calling for his name, but he didn't know if it was real or a hallucination. However, he tried lifting his heavy eyelids and caught sight of a blurry blob of figure.

Alice felt his head being liften and being set on a softer surface. Hearing the voice that had called his voice again, he tried hard to remember where it he had heard it before. After a few moments, he said in a small voice that nearly couldn't be heard, "Na.....gi.......?" He tried lifting his hand to try and touch the other's hand brushing his hair, but he couldn't muster the strength to move it at all.

"They're sending someone in a while," Schuldig said as he strode back over to Nagi and Alice. Oh hell... This was quite an interesting scene set before him. Stoic, super-serious Nagi, the boy who didn't care about anything or anyone; and here he was, on the floor, stroking Alice's hair. Cute, yes... but slightly disconcerting. If he really cared for that boy, Schuldig did NOT want to be around when he died...

And from the look of Alice's coat, that wasn't far off.
