►'Till We See The Moon◄
Who: Isaac and Scott McCall, Allison Argent, Jackson Whittmore & Derek Hale.
Where: Various
When: May 17th-19th
Rating: R for violence and stuff
Summary: A Fight and a... very opposite of a fight...
The Story:
JACKSON & ALLISON LATER ON
[ Isaac was about to go crazy the same itch the full moon draws under his skin is back for the second time during the month and he somehow feels cheated. Cheated, agitated, horny and aggressive all in one. It's the feeling of pent up energy and motivation with nothing to do other than take his frustration out by practicing with Chris, which he at least has the sense to know to avoid. Or jump his girlfriend every moment he gets, well, to be fair, she was about on par with him on this event. Bless having such a sexual girlfriend. But things get awkward when Lydia gets involved... Well it did at first... And then... it got so far from awkward that Isaac will forever have that experience filed away for a later date. But Scott definitely complicates things, they'd been avoiding doing much for respect for him, but that plan went down the drain...
But with Scott he just wants to shove him against the wall and -- This is exactly why Isaac finds himself pacing around the 9th floor. He's still close to his pack if anything happens, but far enough away that he can definitely try to keep his mind on other things... Like forcing his claws back away. ]
SCOTT MCCALL
[ Maybe they had the same idea, maybe Scott was just exploring, or, god knows what. But when Isaac chooses to escape to the second floor pool it's to avoid the rest of his friends, especially Scott. The event could end any time now and Isaac would be thrilled. But instead he's stuck trying to run off his extra energy in the pool. Holding his breath longer and longer because the pressure in his lungs is enough to get rid of the feeling of wanting to tear someone's throat out or suck on someone's throat and he's thinking too much! He breaks to the surface of the water with a large gulp of air and after shaking his head to get the water droplets out of his eyes he sees Scott. And just bloody perfect.
There's an odd urge to try to push him away and tell him to leave, but there's another that makes him want to beckon the teenager into the water with him. His tongue runs over blunt white teeth as he moves to the edge of the deep end to hold himself up by flattening his arms out, bent at the elbows so he can rest his chin on his folded hands. ]
Hey.
DEREK
[ Bumping into his best friend in the kitchen had been an accident, he thinks, or maybe the alpha had been lurking on him, he's not sure, all he's sure of is that he has no intention of moving from the chair he's settled on or picking his head up off the cool surface of the countertop he currently seems to be resting face down on. Or maybe he's dead, who know. Okay, Derek knows, 'cos Isaac is breathing and his heart is beating at a pace that either says he's worn out or falling asleep or maybe both. Though the kitchen probably isn't the place for that.
But being a teenager is hard, it's hard and no one understands and he's all tuckered out. He isn't even hungry anymore, he just wants to sleep or mellow out. Seriously, he had a bowl of cereal, that's all he needed. Either way, the only movement he makes is to turn his head so one of his cheeks is resting on the counter top and blue eyes are opened to rest on Derek.
He mumbles something that sounds like it was meant to be sarcastic, maybe a "can I help you?" but only comes out as sleepy talk. ]

Hey.
He mumbles something that sounds like it was meant to be sarcastic, maybe a "can I help you?" but only comes out as sleepy talk. ]

The brunette is standing there, somewhat dumbfounded by his own thoughts when Isaac comes up for air. At least he's managed to close his mouth by the time the other teen is leaning against the edge of the pool and greets him. He has to physically shake his dumbfounded expression away, pulling the towel he'd picked up against his chest. Yep, he was in swim trunks, ready to jump in until well... Isaac.]
Hey. [Very eloquent. He is the best at words.]
I um... I can uh... [And he points back at the door behind him, but actually makes no move for it. Because he really doesn't want to go. He just knows he probably should.]
no subject
The stumbling attempt at words has Isaac's eyebrows raising up his forehead slowly. And then Scott points to the door, and Isaac follows the finger to the door as if it'll give him the answers for Scott's behaviour. When the silent interrogation on the door comes up a dead end, he looks back to Scott. ]
You were gonna swim, I can leave if you don't want me around, dude.
[ Not that he particularly wants to. ]

Arms crossed, he leans his body a little to the side and angles his head as Isaac turns enough to drop his cheek onto the counter. He looks positively exhausted, and he can only imagine what he's been dealing with today. But he just lets out a soft affirmative noise, hardly bothered by the attempt at sarcasm. Rather, he focuses more on the sleepy talk aspect and moves to where he's seated. ]
C'mon, Isaac. The kitchen isn't a place for naps. [ No questions about what happened, just the need to relocate him. ]
#KeywordsImportant
Truth is, he doesn't actually know the statistic for murders happening in kitchens, whether it's higher or lower, or what, but at this point in time, if he can bullshit his way into a nap, no one's gonna stop him.
Even if there is a silent appreciation for the fact that Derek isn't asking pesky questions that he doesn't feel like answering because, yes hi, Erica may have been about to flash the whole network but the real pack whore is trying to nap in the kitchen. Scott... He doesn't even know what to think about that and is way too tired. Days without sleep and nonstop fighting and... well fucking especially with Allison who seemed to want to shove him up against any wall she could and yank him around by his hair, it kills the Isaac. Especially the Isaac who feels like the full moon is on hyperdrive, and has already dealt with the full moon this month... ]
Isaac honey.
Whatever the statistics for murder in kitchens are, he doesn't really care. He just knows that he's refusing to move, and doesn't need to pass out here. But without questioning, he can tell that he's avoiding everyone, maybe even avoiding his room.
Just means he's going to deposit him in his and Stiles' room for the meantime. ]
HUFFPUFF
With a huff his head swivels up and a bit to the side, still droopy from trying to nap. Don't test him Derek, he can easily fall over and sleep on the floor. He has practice sleeping on floors. Isaac is beginning to wonder if Derek's craving is to be an absolute annoyance or what. ] I can sleep on the floor. [ That's an odd threat. ]
no subject
Though he's a bit taller than him, he doesn't bat an eye at it. He's carried the lanky wolf before, so he just reaches to take one of his arms and lifts it up so that he can guide it towards his shoulder. ] I'm very sure you can. At least sleep on a comfortable floor and quit acting like a sloth.
no subject
At first he bares his teeth in one of the laziest threats he's ever made aside from the one he's just made, before he just sort of accepts his fate quietly, allowing himself to be malleable for however Derek intends to actually bully him up to the ninth floor. ] I ate cereal not a salad. [ Clearly that means he's not a sloth. And while he lets Derek guide his arm, he has no intention of helping any further in hopes that he'll just give up and leave him for dead.
Is it possums that play dead? He wonders if that works on werewolves... ] I can sleep out here. [ He's the predator, not Wonderland. ]
no subject
Rolling his eyes at his correction, he just manhandles Isaac as he becomes malleable. Not that this is the first time he's carried the teen when he's complete dead weight, but this will be the first time when he's not out cold. ] I'm sure you can, but you'll regret it when you wake up.
[ So he just slings Isaac's arm around his shoulders, using his free hand to slip under his knees and heft him up. ]
no subject
He lets out a couple grumbles but otherwise stays quiet as Derek hefts him up. At this point, Derek could drop him on the floor and he'd sleep anywhere. But then the odd wave of comfort, of belonging, of pack hits him and he can't help but melt into Derek, both his arms moving to encircle the alpha's neck as he rests his head against him. And yes, okay, he can get behind this because Derek is warm and comfortable and family. Much easier to sleep on than the counter and a chair. 10/10 would recommend. ]
no subject
The grumbling hardly bothers him, but it's when Isaac actually gets comfortable that he reacts. A smile pulls at the corners of his mouth, and he carefully adjusts Isaac so he's effectively cradling him as best he can. He's all limbs, and it's a little difficult, but at least he's awake and cooperating now. So, without much more preamble, he just moves to slip out of the kitchen, careful not to knock any part of the teenager into the doorway as he goes. ]
no subject
Sounds good. [ He lets out a sigh before closing his eyes, sleep is creeping back into his voice when he mumbles again. ] You didn't have to carry me. [ But he's definitely not complaining, not at all. And that's evident by how relaxed he's become, and even if he's got his arms hooked around Derek he's still not putting the idea of falling asleep like this out just yet.
He's not sure where he's being taken, and it's a good thing Derek found him and not some murderer because at this point he probably would have let them do the same thing. ]
no subject
You weren't going to move otherwise. [ Or, well. If Isaac was as pliant for anyone else as he's being for him, Derek worries that someone might've come along and carried him off to his death. Not exactly a pleasant thought, but his default state of being is paranoid most days. But he doesn't sound particularly bothered by that thought, and doesn't mind carrying him. Even if it's a little cumbersome.
It's a good feeling, that he trusts him enough to seemingly doze off right on him. ]
no subject
It's true though, Isaac had had no intention of moving otherwise. But at least he'd let Derek drag him away from his designated nap spot.
And he does doze right off, at least until Derek reaches the stairs and then he's jarred from his almost nap a little ways up the second staircase. With a grumble he squirms slightly, trying to get more comfortable. ] Cam, stop moving. [ He's less than half awake, and he should probably know better, but this happened a million times when they were younger. He'd fall asleep outside and Camden would take him back inside, hell he's still asleep enough he won't even remember this trek back to the 9th floor. ]
no subject
After all, he'd known Camden in high school. Had known him before Paige died, before the fire, before he'd gone off to war. They weren't best friends, but he'd still been a friend to him. It was part of why he sought out Isaac, besides the pain that he'd been suffering under the watchful eye of his father.
So maybe he's not that surprised when Isaac stirs, squirming in his arms. He does stop on the landing of the second floor, letting him get comfortable again in silence. And though his heart twists in his chest-- he'd known Camden, but he'd had an older sibling that he lost, too; he knows the feeling more than he'd like to admit-- he waits until he's settled before he starts to carry him up the next seven floors. ]

As he passed Isaac, he ensured he'd slam his shoulder into the agitated werewolf. ]

What the hell?!
[ He'd ask what Jackson's problem is, but Isaac is well aware that the problem is that Jackson has his head wedged so far up his own ass that he could tell his small intestine hello if he wanted.
Hands ball into fists before relaxing and repeating the gesture again, but he keeps them at his sides, no matter how obvious it is that he wants to swing 'em. ]
You wanna try that again, or is that what you do? Shove people around when they're not expecting it, makes sense.
