[ allison's on her back, big sunglasses on her face and towel on her back. it's been a while since she's been able to just sit out and relax, and while she was a little reluctant after hearing about the party, lydia can be persuasive. ]

I've been out here a bunch. [ she looks over her shoulder at lydia, laughing a little. ] Isaac and I technically had our first date out here.

[intelligently]

( But aren't you so glad she dragged you out now c: )

You come out to the beach and don't bring your best friend? ( Harsh. Unless it had been before Lydia had gotten here or that month she'd gone home, then Allison was forgiven ) It's nice enough to make up for that, anyway.

[ more glad than she can really explain, actually. ]

This was before you showed up. [ and then she's settling back against the blanket, stretching out a little. ] Plus it was when it was cold, so it wasn't all that fun as far as tanning and stuff goes.

Then I suppose I can forgive you.

( Doubly since she wasn't there and it was cold. Cold beaches are not great beaches, unless you're only walking on it )

I'm glad you're here with me. Coming to the beach alone would not be the same. ( She'd still sunbathe but where would the great company be? Same for all of Wonderland )

[ allison just kind of beams, looking back over to lydia. ]

I'm glad you invited me. It's been a while since we've just had girl time. [ and now she's turning over, sitting on her elbows on the towel. ] How are you doing, anyway?

[intelligently]

Well I managed to not get turned into an animal. ( That was always a bonus, not being cursed or affected in an event ) I think I've been pretty lucky lately.

( The events haven't been all that bad or she's been missed out by them. No complaints there )

And we need to do this more often. Just girl time.
