Krampusjail Pajama Party | OPEN
Who: All of the Prisoners of the Krampus.
Where: Some unground dungeon that definitely wasn't here before all this started.
When: All event
Rating: PG - R, depending on exactly how naughty your characters have been.
Summary: Catch-all log for Krampusjail shenanigans throughout the event! So you were a bad person and got yourself tossed into Krampusjail in the middle of the night - now what?
The Story:
If your character is someone who could be considered “naughty” or “a terrible human being” for whatever reason then they may be visited by the Krampus this Ewaymas. For the first day they will hear chains rattling intermittently throughout the day, and only they (and others the Krampus has targeted) will be able to hear these chains. Then, that night, when they're trying to sleep, the Krampus will come for them in the middle of the night. He will then proceed to smack them around with birch branches and shove them into a woven basket and carry them away. The naughty character in question will find themselves thrown into a dark dungeon (in a place that looks suspiciously like the caves and tunnels of Wonderland, but far enough down that no one can hear them). There are multiple cells though, so they may have some company in Krampusjail. The Krampus will occasionally come by like a horrible jailer to hit them with his birch switch and get them to admit their wrongdoings and atone for them, but otherwise they will be left alone to think about what they've done. For food, they will have water brought to them and small baskets of adorably horrifying bread in the Krampus' likeness. If a character starts to show that they really regret their behavior and that they're really sorry, whether the Krampus is there or not, the door will swing open and they will be released early. If they lie about how sorry they are or they refuse to apologize, they will have to serve their full sentence – which will be three to five days, depending on exactly how naughty they've been.
Since the maximum sentence is five days, put the dates your character will be in Krampusjail in the subject of your top level, so others will know whether their characters will be jailed at the same time or not! If you have questions, please direct them to The Event's FAQ thread. Prose or [Brackets] are more than welcome!

Then, I was told I was much more than everyone else. I had to prove it by killing all the others. But the ones I did not want to kill I did anyway. I mark them off. I never forget.
Do you? Do you forget the ones you killed?
[She stops, cocking her head to one side, listening to the version of Regina in her head before speaking once more.]
Daddy, perhaps.

[She's killed for far less, after all. And in far greater numbers than Helena could ever hope to achieve.
Regina just basically does this because the FUCK YOU SAY.]
I suggest you choose your next words very carefully. Because you might be the Dark One now, but that just means there'll be no end to what I do to you.

[She sits back then, tilting her head to the side and just regarding Regina for a moment.]
So, you do. Was it worth it in the end? Would he be happy for all the things you have?
no subject
[And eventually, Robin. But Henry is always the priority. As to whether or not Henry Sr. would be happy... ]
He would. [Said without a trace of doubt, because,] All he wanted was my happiness and finally I am.

[Helena's curious. It couldn't be like Tomas was, fathers are supposed to be good, she thinks. Sitting against the bars, her back is to Regina now, the tops and edges of the scars on her back visible at the top her torn (from being beaten) shirt.]
Though I am not sure being happy to be murdered is normal.

He was a good man, everything my mother wasn't. [And that's all she'll say about Cora, considering how things ended there. Nevermind that Helena has her own Regina in her head that could tell her this.] He was a means to an end for her, but he loved me. Even if it meant he paid the ultimate price.
[She doesn't regret it, will never regret it, but she misses him. What she wouldn't give to introduce him to his grandson.]
It's... hard to explain.

Things are not so simple. I understand this.
[Helena pauses for a beat.]
You killed me because I did not know what your sister was?
