Summary: It's a whole party mansion! Have a look inside, explore, make yourselves at home! And don't forget to have a look at the Fourth Wall Master Post for event rules, puzzle clues, and more places to mingle!
The Story:

Beginning on September 1st, something more than grass has suddenly grown near the southern walls. A second mansion has sprung up overnight! With only three floors and a strangely makeshift look about it it doesn't seem to compare to the original at first glance, but there's plenty enjoyment to be had inside!

The first floor houses a series of restaurants, diners, and coffee shops. No matter your style or intentions, this floor will find something to your taste! (Provided you, too, really love the colour red.) Of course all foods and services are free, and provided invisibly and without delay - no need to tip the unseen magical forces! ♥

The second floor is this mansion's beating heart - quite literally so! Disco beats shake this massive dancefloor 24/7, and the open bar provides party refreshments for responsible hydration and/or happy cocktail hour. Invisible DJ not playing your song? Man the turntables yourself, or sneak off into the karaoke corner! By the way, it doesn't take a keen observer to notice the common theme of this floor's design.

(Although it falls to the curious party guest to notice the peculiar paint splashes on one of the walls, and a little patience to stick around long enough for the travelling spotlights to reveal their message.)

Despite the busy party below, the third floor is surprisingly quiet, and pleasantly so. It invites crisp and clean comfort, be it to sit, to sleep, or to mingle in the comfy common rooms in front of their warm chimneys. From single bedrooms to large dormitories all guests have plenty of room to make use of fluffy pillows galore, be it to sleep on, to fight with, or to build.

[Regina nods, just once.]

A mother will always do what's best for their child. Or at least what they think is best.

[...Most of the time. Cora's idea of best certainly didn't mesh with either of them, and it's not a contest. This time. But Regina knows perfectly well what that means, having given Henry up to save everyone and now Zelena knows too. They weren't exactly getting along and she still gave up Pistachio to ensure her safety.]

Everyone has a few skeletons in their closet. Some more literally than others, but that seems to be a theme with our world, doesn't it? A hero can do something bad, and a villain can save the world.

I suppose. Just don't expect me to save the world any time soon.

[She's not sure if she's really ready to talk motherhood with Regina yet. Not really. There's been talks before, but they were under pressure so there wasn't a lot of thinking about it. Now there's time to think and it's just...awkward and difficult and man, this is a pain. She's not going to backslide or anything like that, it's just tough.]

[Regina takes another sip of her coffee, watching Zelena over the rim of the mug.]

You sort of did, though. [She knows this is a painful subject -- for them both, but they didn't really get a chance to sit down and talk.] How are you doing?

Now there's a question.

[Not something she really wants to talk about ever, honestly, but it was going to come up sooner or later. It had to. And she supposes, despite wanting to not talk about it, better sooner rather than the latter.]

As well as can be, despite the circumstances. I'll live. Which is more than I can say for Hades.

[Normally she'd smirk or something, but the comment's just delivered flatly because man that entire thing sucked.]

[Any other time and Regina might laugh, but well... She'd wanted to believe that Zelena could get through to Hades, that she might have found happiness of her own that didn't involve destroying the lives of others.

She kind of still did, but at a tragic price.]

You're allowed to be upset, you know. No matter how it ended, you loved him. [A beat.] And I think he loved you.

[She'll just go back to staring a hole in her coffee which is probably cold by now. Easy enough to heat with magic, but she's suddenly lost interest in it.]

Of course I'm allowed to be upset, even if I wasn't, it hasn't stopped me from being upset for my entire life.

[That was sharper than she intended it to be, but decades of anger and bitterness don't just magically vanish overnight because Cora decided to not be human garbage for five minutes.]

I just...I think he did too. He just wanted other things more, or the same, doesn't really matter I guess. I've learned you can't have your cake and eat it too. Took me long enough, but I can say that now, at least.

[It isn't like Regina doesn't have to hold her tongue in response, because it would be so easy to take that step backwards and get into another argument. But that won't do anybody any good, and the last thing she wants is a giant rift between them again.]

Well, you can but a lot of the time? It costs too much. [Speaking from experience, maybe. See: 28 years of being frozen in time with a hole in her heart.] But I am sorry, Zelena. [She should really be saying 'thank you' but since she's not David Nolan, she actually possesses tact.] I really did want it to work out.

[At least until Hades tried to fucking trap them in the Underworld but hey.]

You know, before I would've said hell would freeze over before either of us said that to each other. Funny how that works out.

[It's not really funny, and it's not the first time she's thought that since this conversation started, but you know what? Let it freeze. Arthur's a tool anyway, so he deserves to deal with that.]
