Summary: Are the other parties a little too crowded and chaotic for you? Come and chill by the water! And don't forget to have a look at the Fourth Wall Master Post for event rules, puzzle clues, and more places to mingle!
The Story:

Beginning on September 5th, much of the shoreline will be taken over by a massive beach party! As with all good Wonderland parties, it will be run day and night, always mysteriously tidy and always with food that replenishes itself.

At various points along the beach, there will be wheel barrels full of candy and treats, and torches for people to claim as their own. There are also volleyball nets, and when darkness falls they will light up like Christmas trees for those who want to play well into the night.

There are many places set up to sit - some with tables, some with pillows and blankets, many with shade, and some even dug out in the sand. There is music playing, but the source is unclear.

However, there's one thing that the curious may find - a message in a bottle. It will regenerate within five minutes if taken, allowing as many curious truth-seekers to investigate as possible.

[What a nice place Papyrus has ended up in! There's tons of parties, and the best part? All of the parties have puzzles. Unfortunately, Papyrus' worst enemy has reared its ugly head: the Junior Jumble.

Papyrus is walking around with a pencil and the message in the bottle, and has written down all of the letters that are missing from the message directly on the paper. But what does he do with these letters now? PLNOOI...? WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLY MEAN??? Papyrus paces back and forth, nibbling on the eraser of the pencil as he tries to think.

He's not quite looking where he's going and nearly trips over something in the sand, stopping himself just short of stepping on it. Wait, "it" is a person.]

OH, SORRY!

[He turns and walks away again, still staring at the letters on the paper.

Wait a second!!!!

He quickly shuffles back to the person, paper forgotten.]

SANS!! NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR SLEEPING! THIS IS A PUZZLE PARTY!!

[Sans is awake the instant someone steps near him. He doesn't exactly jolt awake, but he is very suddenly alert, shifting slightly to get a look at whoever it is.]

[It's...Papyrus. And he's already turning away, apparently not having noticed that the lump he almost stepped on is Sans. Sans can't help the flood of relief at seeing him, nor can he help the flood of wariness that follows. He's pretty sure that he's seen more strangers and Mirrors in the past few days than he has seen actual friends and family.]

[His own Mirror is a pain, Frisk's Mirror is annoying, Max's Mirror is dangerous and Mettaton's Mirror is...creepy. But Papyrus's Mirror is the only Mirror he's afraid of.]

[Papyrus turns back to him as Sans lifts himself off the sand, trying to scan his brother for any signs that he's someone else.]

oh, uh. yeah, nah, don't worry, i wasn't sleeping. just, uh...resting my eyesockets. busy day selling hotdogs, heh.

[He tugs at his hood to make sure it's properly in place. The last thing he needs is for Papyrus, any Papyrus, to see the small crack in his skull.]

[Sans doesn't normally keep his hood up, and it's not a particularly chilly evening... and either way, temperature isn't really a thing for skeletons. No blood. Plus, Sans is fussing with it.

Well, maybe he's just getting extra cozy, or something?]

YOU REST YOUR EYESOCKETS EVERY TIME I TURN AROUND! BUT YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN MY ADVICE ABOUT GETTING MORE ACTIVE IF YOU ARE BACK TO SELLING HOT DOGS! GOOD JOB!!

[Even if he seems just as sleepy as he did the other day in Hadriel. Well, it might take more than a few days to turn his entire life around.]

NOW THAT YOUR EYES ARE RESTED, PERHAPS YOU CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PUZZLE? THERE ARE A BUNCH OF LETTERS, I THINK. I SUSPECT IT MAY INVOLVE... UNSCRAMBLING.

[This can't be Papyrus's Mirror. The guy is...he's volatile and dangerous, but he's not one to go out of his way, pretend to be the Real Papyrus, just to get the drop on him. At least Sans doesn't think so.]

[God, he hopes not.]

heh, yeah. guess i was neglecting my stand for a bit there. got pretty busy around here.

[He scoots up into an actual sitting position and gives his brother a wry grin.]

oh man. junior jumble, huh? bane of papyrus-es everywhere. here, lemme take a look.

[Wait, Sans is talking like he's been here for a while... Wasn't he in Hadriel for months?]

YOU HAVE BEEN BUSY? WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR REPUTATION AS A... I BELIEVE YOUR EXACT WORDS WERE "LAZY LAYABOUT"??

[Either way, Papyrus takes a seat next to Sans and holds up the paper he's been writing on, tapping the eraser of his pencil on his cheekbone.]

THIS MESSAGE WAS MISSING SOME LETTERS, AND I WROTE DOWN THOSE LETTERS HERE.

[He indicates the letters written in Papyrus, PLNOOI.]

BUT I CANNOT THINK OF A WORD WITH ALL OF THOSE LETTERS! PERHAPS I AM MISTAKEN ABOUT THE FIRST STEP...?

[Were those the exact words? Huh. That's probably back in the script somewhere. "Lazy layabout." Papyrus has certainly called him that before, probably a million times, but he...doesn't think he's called him that recently.]

[Sans studies Papyrus for a moment. Maybe...]

[Maybe he's just not going to worry about it for a second.]

[He looks at the paper.]

huh. could be LOOPING, but you're missing a G. heh, it always comes down to some spare G.

[Sans is quiet for a moment, and Papyrus looks at him quizzically. But then he just moves on. Well, that's fine. He's probably just thinking very hard!]

NNNN...NOPOLI...? DO YOU KNOW ANYONE NAMED NOPOLI??

[That seems like a bit of a stretch, and he's not sure why the puzzle would point them to Mx. Nopoli.]

I WONDER IF THERE IS SOMEONE THAT CAN GIVE US A CLUE! WITH VERY HARD PUZZLES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE A GOOD CLUE. BECAUSE BEING STUCK IS VERY FRUSTRATING! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH JUNIOR JUMBLE. NO CLUES!!!
