The event cost me an arm--thankfully, not a leg. [GET IT, BECAUSE THE SAYING IS-] Alphys and a friend of mine, Fiddleford--he just arrived--are going to build me a new one. I couldn't have a better chance. They're the best engineers I've ever known!
... Don't worry. With Mikan and Stanley watching me like hawks, I'll have no choice but to recover very quickly.

A mechanical arm? I hope it works. I've seen machines grafted onto people before and it didn't end well. But then, I've struggled with just a finger missing [She waves her hand for emphasis] so I'm not sure how I'd cope without a whole arm. Perhaps that's the best solution.
