[OPEN] Second Lesson
Who: Kiyotaka Ishimaru and ANYONE!
Where: The oasis/jungle and the pyramid
When: Throughout the event! (From the 13th to the 16th!)
Rating: PG so far? It will be edited if need be. Being a DR character, mentions of murder/death could come at some point.
Summary: It's Ishimaru's first event! Let's see how he fares.
The Story:
[Out of the available clothing, Ishimaru ends up wearing the get-up with the high-waisted pants on the far right. Equipped with his kendo shinai along with the supplies he was given, he begins his new journey....]
A. To Explore
[Once more, Ishimaru finds himself waking up in a very unexpected place. At least, just like when he arrived in Wonderland, finding himself outdoors is a relief compared to the times he spent locked in Hope's Peak. He takes some time to regain his bearings and check his supplies. He then begins journeying onwards.
You can come across him when he's using his kendo shinai to try to push aside some foliage in the way.
Or he can approach you with a question:] Excuse me! Are you are aware of where you are right now? Are we anywhere near the mansion?
B. To Survive
[The journey continues onwards. Ishimaru is getting a bit worn, but he's been able to stagger out what food he had, and luckily he knew some tips about surviving in the wilderness from his studies. He makes his way towards the pyramid because of it being the only shelter.
But, during a lull between storms, Ishimaru suddenly finds some very undead interlopers standing in his way. He quickly attempts to fend some off with his shinai and run, but he can only hold them off/evade them for so long...
Or, you may also find him suddenly freezing up during an escape attempt, as if he's lost in some sort of a daydream. One about the Japan of long ago...]
C. To Remember
[Ishimaru made it to the pyramid! Hooray! But there's no time to celebrate, as on the last day, a change comes over the young man. Suddenly, there's a different type of intensity in his expression, and he wields the shinai with a much more trained hand. He searches the pyramid, trying to find someone and suspiciously eying everyone he comes across.]
Where could she have gone...? [He now believes that he is a young samurai who was assigned to bodyguard a certain someone...]
D. Wildcard?
[If you have any other ideas for run-ins throughout the event, feel free to improvise or plot with me!]

[It sounds too much like being in prison. And having been there, she'd know.]
no subject
I see... It is good that you do not hate education, at least! I suppose that it would not be a comfortable home for everyone. But you do know the value of hard work, correct?
no subject
[There's a smirk on her face because she certainly does. Escaping from prison definitely counts as hard work. Hell, surviving Green Dolphin Street Prison long enough to escape counts even moreso.]
no subject
no subject
[Because that comes into play a lot in Jojoland.]

[And by stuff she means weird shonen manga hero stuff because all the hard work in the world alone won't save you when it's raining poison dart frogs.]

no subject
[She disagrees, but she's not going to press the issue, it's not that important to you.]
Let's see how that matches up with finding some shelter, all right?
no subject
But her proposal works very well for him, and his energy quickly latches onto it.]
Good thinking! That is exactly the sort of mission that we should be focusing on at a time like this. Let us dedicate ourselves entirely towards that goal, Miss!

But I hear your name loud and clear, Jolyne-kun! I will be sure to address you as casually as possible!
no subject
[Trouble is definitely on the list of concepts she'd like to find a way to physically punch in the face.]
And uh, thanks. I think.
no subject
[But he will nod at her gratitude at least.]
You are very welcome!
no subject
[Did his pencil lead break during an exam? He was five minutes late to being early for class? What could it be?]
no subject
It is best to forget about such unpleasant things for the time being! ...We should focus on seeking out shelter!
no subject
Yeah, lets focus on that for now.
[Instead of his dark secret past or whatever that this isn't really the time to try and unlock an event like that.]
no subject
Focus! [He calms himself some more with her saying that word, and he claps his hands together with a light smile.] Yes, focus is precisely what we need! With it, we can successfully tackle this endeavor! Don't you agree, Jolyne-kun?
no subject
Uh...yeah. Sure.
[He sure did latch on to that word like it was a life preserver. That's....something.]
Let's get going then.
[Before she almost makes him cry again because she's really sorry and really trying not to do that.]
no subject
[Calming down some more and looking more light-hearted, he starts to march forward!]
no subject
Those are words to live by all right.
[And she'll follow along because the hell if she's letting this guy walk off into monster island or wherever the hell they are.]
no subject
It is good that you agree! It seems that we have a lot of ground to cover, Jolyne-kun, so let us both do our best!
